I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Ramadan for providing us with all the wonderful hospitality and reception services, and changing the hotel room throughout the stay from a double room to a room with two views, a lounge and two beds. It's pretty cool and he made this upgrade at no extra price. Thank you very much, and I advise the Saudi people to deal with Mr. Ramadan in this hotel. As for Mr. Ansar Al-Akhar, he was very wonderful in dealing with good manners of hospitality and dealing to the extent that these two people became my friends. Thank you very much. When I come back to Istanbul again, I will only come back to Mr. Ramadan and Ansar. In this hotel, I also thank the workers in the massage department for providing me with many distinguished services, such as reducing the price of massages by 60%, and finally from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Thank you all and I hope to see you again

Everything is so wonderful

It is a beautiful and clean hotel, and the service is excellent. It is somewhat far from the city center, and there are hospitals and dental clinics nearby. The hotel staff are excellent, especially Mr. Emre from the reception and Ms. ATOOSA from the Public Relations Department. They are professionals in their work and perform their work in the best way. They have the initiative to help the hotel guests. They do their work with a smiling face. 

There is little difficulty in finding a taxi to go downtown

Very luxurious room. Helpful staff, cleaning was offered every day. Breakfast was amazing, it was great to have a huge selection to eat every morning. Balcony with nice view. Room service was quick and the food at the restaurant was great. We are from London so the prices were low for us. Lots of storage space for luggage and clothes.

Steep walk to nearest public transport (but not the fault of the hotel). Not a lot of selection for vegans at breakfast, but a few vegan options at the restaurant for extra cost.

We would like to thank Mrs. Atoosa, guest relations that girl with a permanent smile on the face of the guests, and that bee that you find in a part of the hotel, and she provides services, whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or in translation everywhere. everything except the location

the reception and the bell boys were great, they truly made the stay so much easier especially for me since I don’t speak turkish. it was exceptionally clean and the cleaning staff did an amazing job at keeping the room clean and organized. the bellboys made getting taxi rides so much easy since I was staying there for a conference!

my only problem was that it was a bit isolated not many restaurants and stores close by, and the ones already at the hotel were highly over priced.

Great location and very comfortable hotel. What really made it special was the superb attention from the hotel staff. I was here on business with a very busy schedule. Atoosa (guest relations) and Ramazon (front desk) went out of their way to help me. They really took the stress out of doing business in a bustling city. I can't recommend them enough.

Nice cute little rooms personnel is really good. Their breakfast has limited options but all options are very delicious

There's only one international power plug which is in the bathroom but in the rest of the area they all are European only having come from Australia, it it did pose some inconvenience, because I have to charge everything in the bathroom. I needed to work from the hotel and use my phone while it is charging but unfortunately I can't do it

The hotel is in a very good area of Istanbul (Sisli district) and is close to the metro station Gayrettepe (aprox. 6 min. walking distance). The standard room is not so spacious, but is very comfortable. The bed is large and very good to sleep in. Our room was cleaned every day (but you need to put the sign at the door for the cleaning lady to know). The bathroom was equipped with all the amenities. I was impressed that every day we received 2 small bottles of still water, that were not charged at check out. A big like for that!

The standard room has no balcony. For me this was not an impediment, but I think that this info might be important for the smokers. The wifi signal is very bad. But I've noticed that this is something common in Istanbul.

They were so nice and I were given a bigger room than the one I have booked which had a balcony, stayed there for almost 2 weeks and it was very peaceful and quiet which I needed as I were recovering after surgery
