Radisson Collection Hotel, Vadistanbul

Staff: First of all, Special thanks for these warriors who were helpful and did their best looking after customers, (Amina, Arzo, Asma and Doruk), really appreciate your help and support guys. *EXCEPT* this reception junior staff *MERT* must work in 2 stars hotel or change his duty with some seniors to learn how to solve problems and communicate with customers. Hotel: Perfect location ever in Istanbul, if your trip 1-3 days you don’t need to rent a car because everything beside you,,, Perfect spacious quite room, view, cleaning, Air condition, car vale, laundry, restaurant.

1- Food was TASTY but need more food in menu specially salads *vegetarian salads*. 2- The service time was not good, when you call for TEE or laundry or anything, sometime it takes 1-2 hours really disappointing. 3- The reception junior staff *MERT* must work in 2 stars hotel or change his duty with some seniors to learn how to solve problems and communicate with customers.

Hotel location was fantastic, it was very close to many good restaurants and cafes, also a nearby shopping mall with varieties of good fashion outlets. Breakfast was great, and room was large and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Though the price was a bit high, the overall quality justifies the cost. I strongly recommend for business travelers or familys need to spend short time in Istanbul for shopping and nice food.

The view was excellent, the swimming pool facilities was the best. The room was very clean and tidy.

The room service knocked the door 12:40 Am giving us mugs that we didn’t asked for. It was shocking after midnight knocking the door . The other thing was the key that didn’t work after midday and we had a late check out. The receptionist did his best and he game with me to the room and opened the door for me. The other thing that I didn’t like is when I contacted the hotel before my arrival about the change -1 of number of guest. There reply wasn’t an insert to my request. And when I was checking out I informed them about the change of the number guest and I showed them the messages that I send. And their reply which was not relevant. Finally they advised me to contact booking customer services because they said we can’t do anything for you .

There are several reasons I would like to mention the first and the most important, which is the location of the hotel in an area where all the requirements of the tourist are found, including famous restaurants and cafes with beautiful views, as well as the presence of a huge shopping complex just a few steps away from the hotel . Also, one of the things that I liked was the presence of the dancing fountains of bright colors, and regarding the hotel staff, I found that all are friendly and aspire to serve you. I do not want to forget some personalities, for example, Amina, the shift manager she is very kind and treats with kindness and respect, as well as the employee Asmaa, who is a very personal and professional with big smile

Some time I find difficulty with taxi drivers how always they are not aware of this new area

The hotel in Vadistanbul is just awesome! It's right next to the Vadistanbul mall and so many cool restaurants. The neighborhood is totally modern, with all the new restaurants, stores, and hotels around. And let me tell you, the facilities are way better than other hotels in Istanbul at the same price. Plus, the staff are super friendly and welcoming! It's a great place to stay!

It looks like the windows are pretty sensitive to sunlight and heat. When the sun rises and it gets warmer, you'll hear the windows making noise, probably due to expansion. It can be a bit bothersome at times, especially if you're not in a deep sleep and it wakes you up.

I love Radisson Collection Hotel at Vadiistanbul, it is located in a beautiful area of the city, close to great restaurants, shopping centers, 10 minutes away from “Zorlu” center, and balgrad forest (if you are a person who likes to run :-). it has a beautiful gym, sauna, spa, Turkish hamam, everything that you need while you are away from your family. I would like to thank specifically Celal Oguzkhan and Onur bey for their great service. I love them like my brothers. They have great communication skills and perfect at their jobs. 👍👍👍❤️

Great hotel in a very cool new city location. The room was great and the staff of the hotel were very friendly and kept a lot of attention to us and our kids. Nice breakfast!

The best staff I have ever encounter in Turkey hands down. Big shout out to Onur from the reception for his sincere help and great attitude and not to forget Furkan as well. From the moment we enter the hotel we are greeted and the moment we go out there is always someone with a smile to welcome you. Everyone was super kind and friendly. Well-done the new management in Blue Radisson.

Our stay was great, largely due to the staff's professionalism and attention to detail. Furkan was very helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Maher was efficient and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed at the restaurant. Additionally, Ikram was proactive and courteous, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for us. Thank you.
