Never been in a hotel with such a level of cleanliness. I never seen such a customer services. Turkish hospitality is known, but this is significantly above and beyond. In my job I work with hotels on a serious contracts and I know what are real expectations. .My Super Hero Oktay, continued to be my hero and to save my days. When we were in a hurry and told that taxi will come in 15 minutes, he located one in a minute. Magic. I needed wheelchair and he made it appear in a minute. Helping us with bags, with my walker. His coworker, Ibrahim very nice person. Always there to help. Warm and empathetic Mrs. Ikram, Guest Relation was there for us. She just got new coworker, Dania, perfect contribution to the team! Fluent in English. Both ladies from the Guest Relation were helping us with numerous issues we had. They organized for us day tour of Old Istanbul. Driver Murat Ozmen real treasure. He has shown us the best of Istanbul and tell us all hidden secrets. Receptionists all nice, but Fatih and Baris just special. When we had issue with payment due to the bank restriction, they were patient. Told us not to worry and that we can pay at any time before check out. When bank makes restrictions, we are always embarrassed, but these two helped me to relax. Room cleaning service unbelievable. My main housekeeper Mercan and her teammates Emran + one are superb. Each time they do something special for me, so I knew it was them cleaning my room. “Thank you, card,” pleased them so much so they took picture of it. However during this stay I met the backup team and they are not anywhere behind Mercan and her teammates Atamyrat and Rozymyrat and Rukiya. Their supervisor Layla Utman truly professional. She came to ask if we are satisfied with serviced and as we said we were she was so happy. Please pay attention to these people when staying at this place. Venue is perfect. Location is perfect. But its beauty would be in a shade without these people. KUDOS to best Hotel Teams!

The best hotel experience ever. I travel a lot and so far nothing compares, with my stay at Radisson Residence Vadistan. The way I was greeted from the very first moment was a special and warm. Warm Turkish people melted my heart. Cab driver dropped us at the Collection instead of Residence. As I arrived immobile, didn’t know where I am and what to do. A 2 minutes latter a bell boy Mr. Oktay, Hero on a golf cart with a wheelchair for me. He smiles, he says “Welcome my dear friend” and life is better. Oktay a first greeter and hotels front line. Receptionists ready for me. Check in smoothest ever. No stress related to registration nor payment. English level skills above any expectation. As you come to a new country ill, full of fears, what else you may wish besides your health, but to be welcomed and feel like home. These people made me feel like home. Breakfast: as we are entering, waiters are setting table for wheelchair, very discreet, helpful. As I enjoy the view, my orange juice, water and coffee is ready. As I’m finishing breakfast platter of dried fruit and nuts is on my table. Wet wipes. Hakan and Aref (sorry if I misspelled names) every morning brought smile to my face helping me to better recovery. Discretely approaching our table Mrs. Ikram, from Guest Relations , asking how I am doing. Wishing me to get well soon. Very patient, polite, young women. She said I can count on her if I need anything that she can help me to get better and to feel at home. Our morning talks were highlight of my stay. Room cleaning service unbelievable. Flawless stay. location of the hotel and apartment set up are outstanding.

We had a 2 bedroom hotel apartment, very spacious and clean, both rooms decent size and nice decoration/finishing, kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hot plate, washing machine and dryer were available in 2nd bathroom. The bathrooms were nice, the apartment had a big balcony. Ekram from Guest Relations was really nice and went out of her ways to ensure we had a comfortable stay, and even assisted us in planning our trips around Istanbul. The hotel is within 7 minutes walking distance from Vadistanbul one of (the) biggest and newest malls in Istanbul certain a must visit for shoppers. Migros (supermarket) is within 1 minute walk, nice cafe (Saint Martin) is next door also. Many restaurants are around, some are open up to midnight. Free hotel parking is available underground with direct elevator access.

Smoking smell coming from 2nd bathroom, seems some residents were smoking in the bathroom. No room service, so we had to order food from outside restaurants.

It was a pleasant stay, and the team made it very comfortable for us, esp Octoy in reception and Daria, in guest relations.....The property is close to all amenities and is in the heart of the community of Vadisthanbul. Pool and Gym were exceptionally clean and the best thing about this place was the people who looked after us.

The corridors in the accommodation floors were smelly due to the heat and was not inviting enough

Well , they did not mention that they take deposit upon check in process in euro , they should mention that for people who like to pay in cash

Super Excellent Hotel apartment, equipped with essentials and necessary appliances, like dishwasher, washing machine, cloth dryer, microwave, stove, coffee machine.. etc. I loved the place and I will stay again in the same hotel when I will visit Istanbul. Car parking available and free, 5min walking distance to Vadi Mall.

The swimming pool close early and not 24/7

Turkish hospitality is known, but this is significantly above and beyond. As I become long stay guest Manager decided to send me a flower, fruit and snacks to the room, wishing me fast recovery and thank you note for been their gust. Such treatment makes you feel special. Looking forward my return to the Hotel this summer

Location is perfect. Safe and Quit Area. Nice apartment’s Mountains View. Modern Furnitures and Nice apartment Style.(1310 & 1311) Fully equipped apartment.

Weak in makeup room service, in term of providing daily necessary tools ( Hair Conditioner, Lotion, Teabag and other stuff). Defect in Key Cards. (Many times I checked with the reception to solve the problem). Slow respond while calling the reception. Lack in the number of the employees in the reception.

الموقع ممتاز Oktay Kurtulus is a professional and helpful porter who was kind and pleasant in all my interactions with him. He displayed exceptional eagerness to help me out at any time and I had a very positive experience with him at the Radisson. I would highly recommend anyone to ask for him personally upon arrival for guaranteed excellent service. He was a pleasure to meet and his efficiency relieves any concern travellers may have. I also had a very pleasant experience with a staff member by the name of “Zahra.” She was also very kind and efficient!

Though this is a mild complaint, I would have appreciated if there were more staff working at the front desk reception. Because the entrance was smaller and there were only 2 staff members, things tended to proceed slowly.

very peaceful location, beautiful neighborhood. welcoming staff (guest relation, reception and dining staff). Highly recommended if you are looking to stay away from city centre. Mr. Ahmed (guest relation) and Hakan (waiter) are always there to help you. They make you feel at home. Grocery store and shopping mall is located at walking distance.
