The hotel is nice and well located in the center of the historic saltanahmet district of istanbul and close to the tram and train station. The room size was perfect and well furnished.

Despite our reservation being free cancellation and no prepayment, the hotel charged our credit card 5 days before our arrival and it wasn't a preauthorization procedure.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good too, they brought it to your room at a time of your choosing.

Rooftop terrace was closed.

In this hotel everything was good, staff were friendly and helpful, they didn't over charge for water which other places were doing, it was a relief to stay here especially after staying in a hotel called Garth of Balad it was the worst experience there- but that was not our choice, we booked another hotel (with russian name in Balad) that had good reviews but they double booked so when we turned up the russian hotel had no room for us, we had to desperately look for another hotel and found only Garth of Balad. After staying there, this hotel was a breath of fresh air, beautiful and clean.

It was our second stay in this hotel, I was afraid that it can be quite cold in room in February (last time I stayed in this hotel in September) but everything was great. Rooms are quite large (and always clean) taking into account this part of the city. Staff is friendly and very unobtrusive. I would say that it is not brand new or boutique hotel but price and location cover all possible cons (there are not a lot of them, just some minor issues like strange shower door etc.). Breakfasts are always the same but I do not cook new dish every morning when I am at home, so it is not a big deal for me. You will always be full. I will definitely come to this hotel during my next trip to Istanbul when it becomes possible. Thank you for everything :)

The location was two block away from everything (tram, Marmara line, eminonu, ayasofia, Gülhane park...) The breakfast on the terrace with the view of the bospfore, the galata tower, the topkapı, the bridge of 15 July was superb. The lady in the reception was very nice and charming... Thank you for everything...

In fact, I would like to thank the hotel management staff and all the staff and workers in it, especially the reception staff, they are very generous, welcoming and cheerful. I have visited Turkey and Istanbul in particular more than 23 times and have rented different apartments and hotels every time of my visit this time my visit was special for my stay in this hotel . The location is excellent and it was close to the places I would like to visit, and I enjoyed it very much during this period, despite its shortness, but I would like to repeat the experience again in the near future

There is nothing that I did not like, except that the room did not have a teapot and its tools, but it does not matter, the room in general is excellent

Great location with nice view from rooftop. Beds were comfortable and rooms warm. I believe this was best value for money for all my stays in Istanbul (this is my 7th visit).

Hotel is bit worn out but I guess that was expected at the end of the season. Breakfast was very simple and exactly the same every day. Only juice selection changed from day to day. There are construction works right next to the hotel so it was a bit noisy at times.

Location of the hotel is perfect it's 5 minutes walk to T1 and 10 minutes walk to eminonu ,rooms was small but it's ok to how want the hotel to saty night only, staf very friendly and helpful with beautiful smiles thank you to every on breakfast is exceptional on the trace 😍
