Everything was very good at The Pera Hotel. The main its value - location in the middle of downtown close to the embankment and near the underground. 1 bedroom room was pretty small but cozy and stylish with the view at crowded street. The disposable slippers is awesome idea. The lobby was creatively decorated with irons :) The room service was clean and refreshed towels and bedsheets, coffee and tea. The staff at the reception was pleasant and english speaking. Since Uber works very poor and unstable in Istanbul, the receptionist caught a taxi for us from the street. Thanks a lot for that.

It's a pity that the room service forgot to put new soap every day. There were no breakfasts in the hotel, info about flights from the airports in the lobby and wifi password or greeting card in the room, but it's OK.

the location is perfect for attractions . stuffs were nice. the room was clean. plenty of cool cafes with hip crowd around

the socket at the bed sided and lights at the bedside did not work. bathroom w shower was really tiny (if you are a big person you won’t fit in!

I booked for 1 night and extend for more than a week. The location becauase it is so much easier to get taxi, the room was clean, value of the money and the helpfulness of the staff. Especially Baran for taking care of my departure before going to airport! Definitely considering to stay again when Im comeback to Istanbul.

Nothing, but probably others will found the room was abit small for 2 people. Anyways it's good value of money for longer stay in the heart of touristy place.

Perfect location and very nice personal.

The room was very small, but lets asume that in a megapolis like Istanbul you use the room only for sleeping and to take a bath

Wonderful location, friendly staff who helped me with anything I needed. My room was spacious and had a fantastic view

Minor cosmetic touches in the room need fixing. No breakfast or restaurant on site (you can order from a cafe nearby)

The place is central. 5 minutes walking and you are in the famous Istiklal Street, 1 minute by feet you are in a métro station, 1 minute by feet a grocery shop, the location is excellent, nothing to complain about.

I wish the room was abit bigger or even the wc at least, Also, the shower was leaking water. I asked the recipient and he sent immediately someone to fix it, but it happened again, I hope they will fix it for good.

Staff was helpful, the Mattress was comfortable, the location was very good near to Tunnel and Metro and Galata Tower.

The rooms in first to third floors the front side little bit small than others, in general its small hotel but very good location for me.

everything was available and good. the staff were very very helpful and made us feel more comfortable. the location is soooo good and close to everything; highly recommend.

the rooms may have been a little too small, however expected in places like this.

The location was amazing,the metro station entrance was few meters away from the hotel and that was a value.however breakfast was not included in our booking.

The lounge was not spacious enough and the elevator was so tiny.

Everything is good location staff cleaning just room is too small . Also wash room is v.v small but equipped with all things . My rate is 4.5
