Dem İstanbul Airport Hotel

The hotel is relatively new and the staff is very helpful, especially Ahmed, the location is convenient and close to Mall of Istanbul.

Cleaning the rooms is not good and the presence of men to clean the rooms is not appropriate at all

I only stayed for one night and I thought it was value for money, the check-in was seamless with a very friendly staff member at the front desk. However, there is not much to do around the area, if you want to head into the city centre, it would minimally be an hours journey away by public transportation.

The location is not very good if you want to commute to the city centre as it requires several changes while utilising the bus and tram.

The breakfast served hot food and sufficient cold platters for breakfast. My room was quiet and the coffee and tea tray was well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean with lots of towels and supplies. Overall, a very pleasant experience on this occasion.

everything was good and satisfying. the room was clean cuzy and comfortable. the breakfast good and the staff was hyper friendly and ready to serve and give help I felt between my family especially I had a surgery and I was really unable to move I found them by my side especially the gentleman Hassan he checked on me every time he brings me food he even feed me by his hands he was really a good person I'll never forget his support and all other staff Ahmed and the reception gay sorry I forgot your name but you're all good people

Tnanks much to everybody in this hotel. We were welcomed very warmly. It was very nice that stuff knew Russian language. I would like to thank a nice person Zumrut (Zoya) for her help,pies, cookies and salads on our breakfast. It was amazing like at home Good luck

Smell of cigarettes

The location of the hotel is very good and near to mall of istanbul and 212 + the place is pretty clean and they have cleaning service and the crew is very nice and will help you with almost anything you want

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The elevator has been broken for my visit. Anyway it was not important for me.

-Clean property. -good location around 40min. Car distance from Istanbul airport. -They have a friendly and professional staff 24H - Breakfast setup similar to hostel than hotels but it was warm and good menu.

-I suppose to get a deluxe double room including 1 double bed and 1single bed as per the confirmation of my reservation on booking.com site as I booked this room for the size purpose but they gave me a standard double room with a limited small size and I accepted as I was alone in this trip but they should Describe their rooms correctly on the site as it suppose to be hotel description and not a hostel setup.
