Ibis Istanbul Zeytinburnu

I asked for an early chick-in the day of my arrival, and when i arrived to the hotel around 10AM. there was availability; so they hooked me up thankfully. the location is on a highway, so it was very easy to find/ get taxis from there. the view of the Marmara sea was beutiful the Rooms were comfortable and clean. the breakfast was delicious and they had something new daily. the staff were super nice, especially at the reception Mr.Kamal who spoke english pretty well. also the housekeeping were super friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Mustafa

- the room are slightly small, but cosy - the breakfast, was closing by 10 AM, which was a bit early

The staff where helpful, starting from reception desk any time, the morning shift the afternoon and night shift. any request I have asked they try to help. I asked for a suitable room for my handicap situation: Seray the reception immediately responded and Oskan helped me transfer. Mret and others I don't recall all names where so helpful and transferred all our rooms to the same floor.

The only thing that is a little bit annoying is the parking since you have to take a long walk to reach the hotel. especially with my case on wheel chair. I suggest that there should be someone to take the car from main entrance to park it in the parking. I wish there was no ham in the menu.

First of all, I would like to mention that I really liked the location. You can easily take morning walks and choose any restaurant or cafe at the waterfront in the evening. The breakfast provided was also excellent.

However, I believe there was an electrical technical issue in the hotel as the power kept going off and the generator had to kick in repeatedly. Considering it is a multi-story building with an elevator, this issue needs to be addressed. The hairdryers in the rooms were very inadequate and should be upgraded with more powerful ones. There is also a problem with the door card readers. I had to return to the reception twice because the doors wouldn't open.

Big thanks to Mr. Kemal who provided smooth check-in process and room upgrade, also to the room service personnel for providing us service in the middle of the night even though room service was closed at that time.

Only thing i was upset was i couldn't stay longer

The hotel is on a good location and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful the food wad good and the restaurant staff was excellent and very kind and friendly and helpful the room is samle but was clean and the hotel not far from shooting mall and not far from the bizarre and the city I really enjoy my stay thank you and hoop to see you again

The rooms were well lit, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. They were just like the pictures and were a delight to stay in. The location was also good. Fiskhane was right next door where you could enjoy the best of world cuisine and right across there is a beautiful park right next to the ocean. Train and metro stations are also close by so one has quite a few things that can be done in the area.

Breakfast could also be included.

From day one I have felt as valued guest, the room I have been given has been comfortable, cozy, clean it fulfilled all my expectations. The hotel staff has helped me on a number of occasions like lending me an umbrella on rainy day, calling the Istanbul Kart hotline (my Turkish is not be fluent enough to conduct such discussion). I would like to thank all the staff especially Zehra, Maide, Mert, Çağatay and Baver whose help made me enjoy each moment I spend at the hotel.

Location: easy get in & away from the city, being very good connected and far from the center. Wifi works with login form. Clean and with all facilities one would expect. Parking: private in a garage closed with a door. Checkin and checkout very easy. Superb and delicious breakfast. Nice bar, where the restaurant chef Umut was particularly friendly and welcoming. Got a nice memory of the evening. Nice view on the see.

Wifi works from the lobby, not great in the room. If you aren't interested in driving, the location is not ideal: it takes a while with the bus to get to the downtown and you don't have any restaurant around. Plus the bus stop is not even directly in front of the hotel. Taxi is probably the best option.

This is just an outstanding level of hospitality, especially taking into account a "normal" great service at Ibis chain globally. Ibis Zeituburnu is just a high class! The manangers started to communicate with me via the platform in advance to check my requests! Special thanks to Kemal and Erdogan for their enormous constant support during my stay from the very first minute (btw it was the fastest ever check-in in my whole traveller's life - got my key just in a minute after entering the hotel!). I got a room with Sea View - my God, for the first time I didnt want to leave a hotel's room! Working by the window with the view of turquouise Bosphorus!!! Great breakfasts and lunches, even people with dietary restrictions lịke me can get options! Thank you, Ibrahim, the cook! Beds!!! Like clouds!!! Cleaning managers were extremely polite and helpful! The location is just perfect - right opposite the sea, 2mins walk to incredible local area Fisekhane where cafes and entertainment are open till late night. Historical center is just 15 mins drive. But you literally can walk along the sea almost till ferry station. I would definitely come back here, they also have an open pool outside -can't wait for summer here! Thank you for making my stay exceptional!
