The receptionist took along time &was unprofessional to be able to deal with the new hotel system. I was after 2 pm o'clock, but she took half an hour

This hotel is really good, it can be seen that it is new, the rooms are very nice, well furnished and clean, the beds are comfortable, the swimming pool is also very good and clean. The cleaning service is perfect. Wifi is strong enough. The staff is very kind, professional and always willing to help. We would welcome a more varied breakfast, it is difficult for Europeans to choose something and we are sorry that we could not use late check-out (we only wanted to stay 2 hours longer), but we could leave our luggage at the reception.

Reception staff was welcoming & greetings very well & special thanks for mostafa from concierge for his assistance and smiling always even i saw him how he treat all families in same time with same smile and keep his eye on children.

All rooms non smoking, need to go down to smoke !! However the way of room is clean & new furniture we are ok

Staff , Location , cleaning , wifi , housekeeping , pool , facilities , quite , lovely smelling , New Hotel with new furniture and lovely colours and very comfortable . This hotel one of the best 3 stars hotel in Dubai and I found everything which I need in this Hotel also the location is amazing and near by Union Metro station and Al Reqqa Metro station also front of Al Ghurair Mall and A lot of restaurants and shops in Al Reqqa street just walk . You will not need a Taxi any more . Special Thanks to Expert Staff Ever : Mr. Suhas ( reception Manager ) , Mr.Zoqeer ( reception team ) , Miss.Abby ( reception team ) , Mr.Subash ( bell Man ) , Mt.Noov ( housekeeping team ), Mr.Praveen ( Maintenance team ) those people always support and helpful and trying to do the best for me . Definitely recommended this hotel to all people looking for excellent hotel and I will always book in this hotel while I staying in Dubai .

Nothing , I like every thing in this hotel

The hotel room was spacious exactly what I saw in the pictures while booking. And the hotel service was top notch. The staffs were extremely polite and generous. We arrived at 8am and according to the hotel policy we weren’t allowed to check into our room before 2pm. But bless the receptionist he let us check in at 10am or it would have been super hard for us to wait for 5/6 hours as we travelled all the way from London. Definitely a great place to stay.

It’s very new building. The room design is so nice. The room was big and all the items were with very good quality. Very near to the main metro station and to the main bus station. All this are available around the hotel.

The housekeeping service inside the room was not good at all. No proper cleaning. No proper setting for the amenities and some amenities was available only during check-in. Some parts inside the room never been cleaned at all.

All staff great. Big room. Clean. Well located.

No vegetarian breakfast but plenty of eateries near. Some noise from nearby construction and delivery vehicles. Not a deal breaker though.

Loved the location, being so close to the night market. Also the restaurant in ground floor was delicious also. Really enjoyed everything. All staff were really helpful also! A huge mix of different nationalities working there, all super friendly. 😊

Lack of price list for mini bar. It isn't overly expensive, but it still would have been nice to know how much things in there cost.

The hotel is situated just a small walk from Dubai Metro Red line in a lively neighbourhood with street foods and supermarkets nearby. Has a helpful staff and every facility you would need during your stay. It was a fluid experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in this budget range.

The standard room is a bit on the smaller size. There's nothing wrong with the room, especially if you are alone, but for a couple with two or more larger pieces of suitecase it fills up quickly.
