Coral Dubai Deira Hotel

Stayed at the hotel for about a week during GITEX. The location is quite good, in walking distance to Al Rigga station. Plenty of restaurants, cafes around. What was additionally nice to find out that inside the hotel there's a Filipino buffet opened from 11am to 11pm. Outside there's a street market, opened in the evening. Despite the close proximity to different loud places and the airport the sound isolation was quite good. The staff was great. There's a laundry service available, although rather pricey (no self-service laundry). Breakfast was good, all halal, from 6-30 to 10-30 (by 10-30 the breakfast closes down so it's better to arrive early, although all the food/beverages are available by that time). The room was good, with a bathtub in my case, and it was possible to stay on a higher floor as well. Have not tried out the swimming pool, so can't comment on that. Internet worked well, although not on the fastest side, and it was necessary to login repeatedly each one or other day. There is an in-room safe. Tap water is not drinkable, but every day the hotel provides with two 0,5L bottles of water.

Necessity to enter the code for the internet was a bit annoying, and the speed could've been better. The price was decent if booked in advance, but when extending the price was much higher, though this is to be expected. Would be nice if on weekends the breakfast was to be extended to 11am. The room also was a bit dark in the evening, perhaps one more lamp in the addition to the small one by the desk would be nice.

The property is well maintained and everything is in order. I have stayed at various branded Hotels over the Years in Dubai but I always come back to Coral after being recommended by a business partner in Oman. Coral is exceptionally a good standard Hotel, the staff team members are very helpful and polite. The front desk team, the cleaning team are all very polite,respectful and courteous at all times. The location is strategically closer to all amenities such as Airport (20minutes), Souk Naïf, Gold Souk, Deira City Centre all within 20 Minutes by Taxi/Metro.

It's my best choice for staying at Dubai.. The hotel, place around the hotel and the clean place not like other.. The place is not crowded and fresh air no bad smell.. Thank you always Ms. Maira for all things and also other staffs.. Since 2016 I'm using this hotel to staying at Dubai also, advise the friends to choice this hotel..

All the time I'm not saying the comments.. But this time I need to say it's the time to change the wash room design to modern this point need to study by the owner.. Other places at hotel it's nice.

We have booked this hotel since last three years and all the time, quality of services remained the same but infact the better one as compared to previous one. Location is exceptional as hotel surrounded by decent market with better price. Cleanness is top of the line. The reception staff is cooperative and polite in nature.

Need to reduced the price of Breakfast and Snacks that will encourage customer to utilized more.

we came to the hotel and the reception informed they do not have the booking however the supervisor of the reception name zain helped us. it location is nice very very helpful and professional reception staff specially Mr Zain thanks alot for his help we stayed at the hotel for they way he treated us so a special thanks

booking.com staffs they almost made us to feel like we are dealing with some unprofessional untrained staffs when we explain that our bookings has some issues they didn't even want to send an confirmation to sort the booking when we arrived despite explaining them about our situation first time we are facing the issue with booking.com hope they fix it

Staff were very helpful. Location is also good.. They have extended my check out time by an hour upon just a small request.

The half board option is not good. They don't have buffet lunch or dinner with half board option. In the first day, they have given just one single meal. However, from next day onwards upon request, they provided soup, salad with meal and a fruit dish was also offered as a dessert. But i recommend to take this hotel with breakfast only.

Very affordable hotel at the centre of the city. Everything was within walking distance - shops, restaurants, malls etc. The room was very spacious and room service was astounding. Everything was well provided for. Definitely will book again when we're back in Dubai. 10/10 highly recommended.

Room toilet could use an upgrade - looks outdated and does not match the interior of the room.

very clean and family convenient hotel very near to the airport and staff in the hotel is very professional and very attentive hotel is bit in old shape but service is excellent special thanks to the gentlemen Mr. Zain from the reception for making all the arrangements i had requested for only one problem i had was that the draining for water in the room was very poor hope its fixed

My son celebrated his 4th birthday at this hotel’s ballroom. Both reception and the catering restaurant was incredible. It was truly an ease. ROOM - it was way better than i expected. The room was huge and pleasant. The view at the balcony was nice. STAFF - Reception staff, at first the staff was unable to assist on early booking but he amazingly find way to check-in us early. - the catering team and staff are wonderful. They are very helpful and nice FOOD - the catering was amazing! Highly recommended for any parties. Food are so good! We liked it so much. - Chef Sujith, indeed you are one of the bests! my guests love your food - Thank you Zafer for your remarkable assistance and support. LOCATION - they are at the centre of Dubai (DEIRA), very accessible to all public transport, is so close to restaurants, groceries and stores COST - the cost is worth it. The room is nice and we had comfortable night after a long day of event.
