Landmark Riqqa Hotel

This hidden gem of a hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. Not only is it conveniently located right by a subway station, making the area easily accessible, but the true magic lies in the phenomenal service provided by the staff and management. During my stay, I encountered a small hiccup of forgetting my charger. Surprisingly, a security staff member generously lent me his personal charging cable. This act of kindness speaks volumes about the level of care the staff extends to guests. They went above and beyond, ensuring not only that my needs were met but also that I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. This hotel is a testament to the dedication of its team, from management to every staff member. My experience was nothing short of wonderful, and it's all thanks to the extraordinary individuals who make this place shine. Highly recommended for a truly memorable stay!

Can me more clean

Room comfortable, with all facilities, nice double bed, desk and armchair. Good breakfast with all choices available. Hotel with silent customers, no disturb from the inside. Very nice staff , available for all your possible needs. The travel agent facilitated all my excursions. Daily cleaning service for the room is superb. No surprises in the price. I paid for what I booked long time back.

Location too close to a mosque, so being annoyed by all five daily calls to prayers. Worst case is the one at 5.20 am. Electrical wiring is not perfect. You need to switch the mains off to switch the lights off in the night. In this case you miss the charging from the plugs night time. Hotel has no restaurant , so no meals apart breakfast. Coffee machine is a common automatic one. Not excellent coffee. One day it was even out of order.

The hotel is good and can't agree with some of the other bad reviews about the hotel. I am fully satisfied with my stay. because it has facilities for the amount of money that we had to spend. We can not expect a five-star hotel experience though. So it's fair and that's the true value for the money. The staff is also friendly and supportive. I appreciate your service.

I don't like the bathroom facilities because they look old and dirty. Another issue I have with the room is the bed. It has a main switch and some plug points on the top of the bed, which are covered with pillows. I find this setup to be both dangerous and inconvenient.

location & roomrate.. also, i was able to swim by myself.. and very accommodating for my early check in & late check out requests

just that the ref in my room is not cooling though.. few food choices in their breakfast buffet..

The room was a good size, and comfortably furnished. and I suspect it was recently redecorated. The bed was extra large, and my feet seldom ever went over the foot of the bed. Breakfast was OK. I had no problem finding things to eat.

I did not like sharing the room with the cockroaches.

The hotel location is excellent. The metro was just around the corner which made movement easier. They have an excellent breakfast.

Our stay was awesome and staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and neat. The staff and the tours desk guy helped us organize our dessert safari. The staff also organized for a taxi to the airport. The hotel is beautiful and awesome staff.

Good location, staff's are friendly and responsive. No breakfast (food delivery possible). There is an attached restaurant on the ground floor which serves lunch and dinner. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were a bit old and needed some maintenance. Met my expectations for the price I booked it.

Bathroom shower/tub had a lot of patch work but everything was functional.

Location is nearby the shopping mall and restaurant and department store. it will be good to buy foods vegetable and fruites and others, many restaurants with differences countries. and about 300 meters to the Metro station.

there is a restaurant(Philipine & India meal, and some western meal) on Ground floor. and 3 minutes walk to the shopping mall.

The location is situated in a very accessible are near to the mall, metro stations and restaurants. The room is clean, well maintained, staffs are helpful and well mannered. The front desk manager and staffs are all good in treating their guests.

There’s just one incident when I saw a small cockroach but I don’t really mind it so I didn’t gave a fuss.

I am not a breakfast person so I didn't take breakfast during my stay. The location of the hotel is simply the best for whoever wants to have fun during holiday. The ever smiling and friendly staff are just enough to want to revisit the hotel. Mr. Tanka, Mr Tanka, thank you again and again. We sincerely appreciate your well done job.
