Rafeeq and Praveen from the hotel staff deserves a shoutout for his exceptional service! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Rafeeq was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and local attractions, providing us with great recommendations for places to visit and dine. He was always available to assist us with any requests or questions we had, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and efficiently. Rafeeq's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. We were impressed by his professionalism and genuine care for our comfort throughout our stay. I have been in a Dubai for several times and staying in Landmark Summit in Al Rigga is a good experience. Hotel is affordable and walking distance to a Metro Station.Staff are friendly and accommodating. On day one and at check out the security man was kind enough to help with our luggages because the hotel has steps and use of ramp is on the side which is helpful for wheelchair access. Had lunch at the restaurant for Asian Filipino Buffet and the staff are very cheerful with good customer service. Our room attendant Shahedul, who was with us most of our stay was kind enough to check what we need and always makes our bed tidy with clean toiletries and towels. The 7th floor attendant who I was kind enough to show us the amenities and used the swimming pool , sauna and steam room with provision of towels. I saw a gym facility as well but unable to use it. Our booking was with breakfast, all food catered was healthy with freshly cooked fried eggs with vegetables of choices( thank you for cooking fried eggs for us for our 4 days stay). Hot drinks and juices as well.

I was expecting to have a bath in the bath tub but there is no drainage cover on the spout. But still had a nice warm water for shower.

unfortunately the life guard was not helpful and I noticed dirt and hair in the shower room and steam room , it was never cleaned over the 4 nights that I stayed , he enjoyed playing on his phone but NEVER CLEANED THE SAUNA OR SHOWERS WHICH WERE IN A VERY Unhygienic

I like Filipino staff, they're so nice. The bartender at the cafe and the manager at the restaurant. 👌 They care for the guests and I don't know the cleaner on the 2nd floor. Don't know if he's pakistani or indian. He seems nice. He greets you and always smiles. The hotel is really value for money, the room is big, there's a good breakfast in the morning and the location is really nice. It's near the metro, near the malls, bus stop and restaurants.

Not really didn't like but you know the building is old. The door knob in the inside fell when I first used it. There's a substitute screw to fix it, but it's not really the real screw, then I think the shower all over dubai is really hot and no cold at all. A little smile at the lobby receptionist would brighten up the guest's day.

All staff members are very friendly and helpful. Changed room two times without any problems. Room #318 had bad smell from air condition, changed to room #313 which was very nice. But the next day water was dripping into the bathroom when the guest above me was taking shower. Changed then to room #506 which has a slightly weak air condition and a fridge was missing which later was brought but there I stayed and it was fine. Thanks again to the staff members for their kindness and assistance. Mr. Naim Uddin from room service especially took very good care about my room cleanliness.

This is my second stay with Landmark Summit . Cool and perfect hotel. Very much comfortable, sleep quality 100. Staffs - no words From front office to house keeping you will not find anyone without a smile Special thanks to Mohammed , Sahel (I may wrong with name a young man with eyeglass ) and Sahad at front office and Mr Mohamed Shahab at house keeping. These guys are really the attraction to guest with their simple smile 😀😀😀
