Saffron Hotel

The hotel is nice and clean the reception ladys are very good

I wasn't happy one guy told me If a lady coming to visit me I need to pay extra 100dr or need to meet the visitor outside which doesn't make since to me. Then the breakfast all it's not save yourself then need give you want they want not what u want. According to the the restaurant guys said we just paid 20dr. We don't pay by our self they ask us to pay. It it's not enough they need to increase it not the that they need to give u the food they wanted

Well would appreciate the receptionists being so gentle and polite. Called them before for late check in and they accepted which was so helpful. Veerpal holds wonderful strategies by taking care of guest luggage while checking in and checking out. About the room which was worth the price nice Ambience perfect room temperature. I would sure visit again and would highly recommend it to my community. Cheers guys..

Well nothing yet on my first stay....

I was happy for good customer service in evening the reception staff gave me when was checking in...

One of a female philipina lady at a reception in the morning when was check out had a very bad attitude today.. Keeping waiting for long.. But the one who wears glasses she s very good with good customer service.

The place is just amazing . Stayed there but they have nice rooms with balcony and very clean with nice linens and in vary quiet location.the staff are very friendly only to mention. Few Gina at the reception and the bellman unfortunately have forgotten his name but all in all it's a place to have staycation in Dubai.

The location is excellent, many restaurants and shops nearby. The staffs are friendly and helpful,24 hours. The room is basic but comfortable. It’s even good for long stay. I will come back.

Wifi is not stable due to the local electricity situation.

My Staying at Saffron Hotel was good and great no disturbances, well clean but the price of their water per bottle is very expensive and only 2 small size (500ml) of water is provided so I suggest u reduce the price of the bottle water in case someone need additional water

The rate is always reasonable, very helpful staff. They also granted my requests which is so nice of them !

No complimentary water bottle and coffee or tea . Came late at night and tired so I have to ask someone to buy for me. AC is not getting cold at all even if you adjust it to the lowest temperature .

The property is very nice and good location

Just give right information if someone booking online there is different price and when going hotel there is different it is not good please do something

Quietness and friendly staff... Good location and clean, but cleanliness needs little more emphasis

Internet connection was very poor... Needs upgrade. My stay needed good connection to support my online meetings but had difficuties

The toilet very clean and staff very friendly. They gave prompt attention to every of my request

The house keeper didn't empty my waste bin till I checked out. It made me uncomfortable, though not messy, but at least, I would have been more comfortable if emptied. Thanks
