Avenue Hotel Dubai

We had an amazing stay in Avenue hotel. The hotel was impeccable, from the warm ambiance to the attentive staff. The WiFi was excellent and the room was big enough. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Although buffet choice is limited in choice but loved the egg station. Overall, great service and positive experience. Also the location is great, the metro and bus station is five minutes walk away from the hotel. Highly recommend Avenue hotel for an unforgettable experience in Dubai.

Location Love to commend the lady outside with the mole on her face, can't remember her name well, works in the night, she's very accommodating and attention to detail. Friendly and exceed customer expectations. Explain offers and options to avail. Enjoyed our little chats. I'm not sure if her name was arminda or carmina😁 Receptionists are very friendly and always ready to help.

Buffet breakfast at the restaurant isn't worth the price. Very limited options. Laundry services are very expensive, it is better to buy new clothes than to use this service.

Breakfast was enough. The cook and waiter were very friendly and helpful. For me it was very well. Complaints were resolved immediately and the staff were always ready to make my stay as safe as possible. The breakfast was sufficiently stocked with differently prepared hot dishes. I would have liked a little more selection of jam and fish. Overall sufficient and a good start to the day. The care in the gym and at the pool by the very nice and considerate employees was very pleasant. Many thanks to the employee.

Location is excellent near everything you need. Very clean, spacious rooms with all facilities you need . Very friendly smily staff cooperative, professional caring about everything even small details . check in was fast with immediate complimentary upgrade to family room. Restaurant is perfect with different and tasty food. My special thanks to the manager Sandeep. Receptionist Kimberly, Bell man Sugith , cleaner Mahesh & for all of the hotel staff who made our stay so luxury and comfortable . for sure it will be my home in dubai

Nothing at all

The main reason I booked with Avenu hotel was the swimming pool, the gmy and the late night bar but the gmy and the pool is too small and in fair conditions, I didn't like it!! the most I like is the late night philipno bar with the lovely young group live singers.well over all the hotel and staff are very good thanks

Well in 10 days time sometimes the house keeper they don't clean your room until late and forgot to drop you towels , coffee, tee ,ect ,

In an excellent location, and quiet area . All reception staff and the bell boys were very helpful .

Breakfast to be improved and to add some more and different items. Room cleaning boys need to have more training because for the first two nights they did not change towels and even there was no towelette papers.

Good location. Excellent staff. All very helpful. Always smiling. All restaurants are near by hotel which are walking distance. Metro is 2m walk. Decor is ok. Swimming pool is really good. Staff cleans room every day.

Hairdryer needs to be updated in the bathroom. Deep cleaning of bathrooms are further needed. Otherwise they are ok.

Location, and staff always pleasant and helpful

The property is now showing it’s age, the rooms are clean and comfortable, but lacking electrical points for plugging in laptops or chargers. There was no electrical point near the bed to charge phone. The TVs are old and the picture and sound quality not up to standard for a hotel in 2023, also the channel selection is very limited compared to other hotels in the same category.

Hotel close to metro, breakfast was good mix of continental and local dishes. Hotel is not new, but interior made with wood elements is good. I really like the pool on the roof, starting at 07:00, helping to refresh in the morning

Area around hotel is not the top one, but it was safe.

The location is accessible to a lot of restaurants, 8-10mins walk from the Metro station and the room they gave me is quiet.

They don’t allow an Early Check-in, the room is quite old and so are the facilities. This Hotel is just really for sleeping. They have very few 3-pin outlets and some are even loose, and would short circuit.
