I had some issue at the reception so it was not a good start for me

Everything about the hotel was good and very comfortable

We cancelled the reservation at the time as we were told by a friend who stayed here that this hotel is not good. It's near the construction itself and that you were not able to sleep at all because of the noise coming from it and the unprofessionalism the staff showed especially in reception. So better not stay and waste money in this ridiculous hotel!

Rooms were huge and staff were great.

Location’s a bit far from downtown Dubai and the area is crowded which was a bit disturbing. Room needs a little bit of cleaning and maintenance as there was a leak under the sink and found 2 small bugs, one in the bathroom and the other one beside the bed.

Excellent on the design ,the light is good .televoting need such improve .just from first imprison I feel luxury. but by import index ayes I found that the mucket need change .and some light not work the Technique of Air Condition is so complicated.

same as I have say that mucket need change and some light need fix ,with asking the consumer about the facility he she need .for example location of room , the smoking. near to club .also painting I think need to be new .

first is the stafff Shabeer in reception, and one North Indian lady also was exceptional they support you the most till end they will be a gem stone for the property and jerry the Fom is also a good genuine guy totally we liked it Thank you

some one called from reception yesterday’ and hang up the phone as if he is angry we don’t know who it’s is that’s the only negative thing I saw …

The room was very spacious and in good finish. Cleaning was done on request and washroom supplies and other supports are on time when requested. Overall its a good place to stay.

No parking for hotel, only RTA parking is available and have to pay AED 4 / Hour (Very expensive). Poor wifi signal.

I had an awesome experience. I used the pool which was covered beautifully so it was warm and clean. Will visit again.

It is a positive review for Saffron B. Hotel. My time was very short so I couldn't use the gym. Everything there was eye catchy and explicit.

The hotel room is decently clean (except for the bedbug 😅) and complimentary items are complete. I also love the tv has many channels. Also i got to mention the welcoming charisma of the bellman Qashim? (Sorry i forgot the exact name). Even though the gym and pool supposed to be closed on fridays, he made an effort to make it available for me. Also to Feba, very responsive. :)

There was a bed bug that i caught. And the pool area seem to be uninviting to plunge to with the surrounding stuffs scattered. The gym doesnt have a barbell. The internet also has its connectivity fluctuating sometimes.

room was very good, cleaning also good , location also very good, manager jerry is very cooperative person, also safeer,asim, and shewta was very helpfull and humble. one man of house keeping jewel alslo very good.

i never face any problem in this hotel, i stayed 3 times but never feel i m out of home. staff was good and obedient and helpful.

Location, Good employees. Value for money

Wifi signal was weak. . The bathroom needs renovations, it looks very old . The swimming pool did not look clean due to the pool side shesha .
