Staff was co operative, location was very good and the cleannesses of the property was also nice plus you get a good parking space in basement which is quite helpful.

As soon as we check in to our room the bedsheets were filled with blood, but the staff was ok with us to change infact upgrade the room when we insist. other then that there is a indian club in the lobby of the hotel which i persoanlly don't like because it was loud at night and have seen 2,3 fights going on there.

Room, staff and cleanliness was good but breakfast was excellent and for the location its little far from Metro station.

Room washroom was very small, no slipper for washroom usage for that i had to ask for the HK staff, the room which i stayed the water heather was default and AC control panel was making noisy every time felt like someone knocked on the door and TV is not clear its blur can't see anything.

Enjoy the stay and receptionist I forget name I believe Chicky make check in very smooth and allocated a nice room . Check out was very express with Chicky The Guy Ronaq Also help me with AC issue and local area information . Linen need to be replaced with new one as it's looking old with small visible hairs .

I like that the staff is willing to assist in every way, facilities are all provided which am delighted. Location is accessible. Is clean and great overall.

Everything is perfect, the only complain I have is that the wifi is not strong enough for online meetings.

The hotel has a lot of great , very popular clubs, mainly Indian and African ones. There is one very good African and also an Indian disco dance club, and three traditional Indian and Pakistani clubs where beautiful ladies are dancing on the stage. There are also English pubs and good restaurants in the hotel. The Indian restaurant has very tasty food and very nice, comfortable interior. So ,you dont have to leave the hotel if you want to enjoy a great nightlife, here you have everything. The room is also good, comfy bed, very fast wifi, and pretty good house keeping service. They immediately cleaned my room whenever I wanted, even in the evening. They changed the bed liner and the towels everyday.

The swimming pool was closed on the rooftop , at least in January 2021, maybe due to covid rules.

Thanks to Rohit for his good treatment upon check in and the other guy I think he was the manager he was very kind too and we really appreciate him. Without forgetting Jamal and Khadga from concierge and the lady I think her name is Chiki. Thank you for making our stay wonderful for the second time as we stayed before. The room was clean and very nice with a great view. We will definitely visit again.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 days. It was a nice, peaceful and relaxing experience. Staff are friendly and helping. The room service never fail to clean our room every single day. Staff are accommodating. Everything that you need is there, 24 in-room food service, pool, gym, spa and a lot of entertainment. The location is just PERFECT. Walking distance to Nesto Hypermarket and other shops and restaurants. This hotel is best if you are on budget, but still looking for a nice and comfortable stay.

It would be really helpful if you provide disposable slippers.

Harish at the FrontDesk was so welcoming and so warm in his ways of approach which was exceptional from my previous stays at Fortune Grand Hotel. Jamal at conseige was very helpful with his assistance. These two members of staff sealed it for me to return again and again to Fortune Grand on my next visit to Dubai UAE 🇦🇪
