Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina Hotel

The hotel has wide and spacious rooms. There was a broad range of food, which changed every day and it was really not bad. The hotel is situated near the metro station, which makes your movements easier withih the city. We really appreciated the welcome drinks and opportunity to check in earlier.

For the future, if we have a Slavik appearance it doesn't automatically mean that we are russians or speak russian (we came from Slovakia). International language is English and it is ment that it is the first language which come to mind to speak to unknown people. I don't how many times I had to persuade the stuff to speak to us English especially during the phone calls. It's better to remember that in the current world some people assume russian as an insult and inappropriate 😉 Also the swimming pool was very small relatively to amount of guests

This is a great hotel. As some guests have rated, it is not 5 stars, more like 4 stars (The hotel is at great location, great service. The bofa at breakfast was wonderful, and great idea to have 2 styles of bofas: one European and one Middle Eastern. At lot was said on other hotels reviews on the slow elevators, here it was not an issue! Which is very important. We also liked the Happy Hour at the bar- was very generous, and in general the bar had great discounts for guests , including for Booking.com guests.

The rooms are bit old, We reserved the suite, which was huge and had 2 bathrooms (wonderful).. the sofa was very old and the design, but at the same time it didn't bother us much. 😀 You should advertise better the discounts at the bar! We learned about it by mistake! Don't you want guests to spend more money at your bar instead of at external restaurants? It should be on a "welcoming page" in the room - all the special activities/deals, and communicate during Checkin. The Jakozi was not very good, only half of it worked. The pool is small. The breakfast is wonderful, but you should add more staff to clear the tables.

We've spent 5 days in Dubai and in Stella di Mare hotel. The staying was very comfortable though we have choosed the maximum to be outside the hotel premises and enjoy Dubai from dawn to dusk so I cannot review hotel's restaurants and bar. The hotel staff was really helpfull and kind and felt there like we were home. Thanks to them! I'd recommend to have a room the highest possible (we were on the 21st floor for example)

Rooms look like they've been used and they will probably require a renovation soon, especially when comparing with competition. The noise coming from the hall was clearly audible but not from outside the hotel, despite the heavy traffic at certain hours.

It was very nice to be given a bowl of fruit when we arrived. It made us feel very welcome. Also, getting 4 bottles of water each day as well as chocolates by our beds each night was very special. We didn't use the dining room but having a small fridge in the bedroom was very useful to keep the water cold was wonderful. The bed was amazing as were the choice of pillows!

It would be wonderful to have the swimming pool open earlier - I like to swim before going out for the day. It only opens at close to 9:00 and it would be better if it was at 8:00.

The staff in general were very nice,polite and accommodating. Rooms were clean and tidy

Upon arrival I had asked if it would be ok to receive a delivery and they assured me it would be ok as long as it's not perishables..and I told them it's not. My delivery arrived (about 6 boxes) Hotel staff refused to accept my delivery..i kept trying to convince them to receive it over the phone but they didn't assist at all. Had to get a 1 hour taxi ride back to hotel just to take my boxes into my room then 1 hour taxi ride back to where i was.

Friendly and helpful staff especially housekeeping which kept everything both clean and tidy. Ganesh or housekeeping guy was attentive, with a happy word and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of food was excellent with visible management at dining times that were very approachable and helpful. The position of the Hotel was good for Marina (10min walk) and beach (20min walk) and taxis waited out side. The tram and metro station was a 10 min walk away. We had a good view from our 28 floor room and the lifts were quick. There was a bar (quiet with "happy hour") on ground floor and a livelier one on top floor which also served food.

Occasional traffic noise can be heard and traffic volume in Marina area can add time to travel by taxis.

It was the fastest check-in of my life! Loved it!

There were not enough tables during breakfast, so I had to wait for someone to leave their table so that I could sit down. Also, they were understaffed for breakfast, the staff was trying their best however it was not humanly possible to keep up with the crowd. So I had to wait a bit for them to clean up the table. Perhaps it was unusually crowded that day?

Oh my God !! Absolutely fantastic very comfortable very supporting kind hearted awesome people all staffs and the stella team,, i am very overwhelmed, we went dubai for the first time to celebrate our son's 1st birthday & it was awesome, even they arranged a surprise cake for my son too !! we are soomuch happy,, we loved the stay totally .. thankyou somuchh the team !!🙏🏻🙏🏻 will see you next soon !!

Everything i liked about..

Room view, location and size of the room. Breakfast was good. The hotel wasn't over crowded- it was nice

Pool Bar staff will make you wait a long time for drinks to the point you will cancel the drink, well we did, as we had to leave after 25 min wait.

it must include indian and pakistani food for the guests. our room Ac thermostat was not working properly. which gave uncomfort to my old parents please resolve that issues rest it was all good. recommended
