I didn't use the breakfast facility. But the staff especially Gupi was super helpful. Professional but very helpful

Pool from 9am to 5pm was a negative as for the 8days we didn't get to use the pool at all. There's this mixed race asian lady at the reception...didn't get her name...she's a bit toooo professional...didn't crack a smile throughout throughout 8 days spent there.

location is perfect, staff were lovely and the room was really big size and very comfortable bed, also the washing machine was a bonus

there was not really usable swimming pool, it looks completely different to photos and wasnt usable it looked like building side. would be nice to be able to cool off in a hotel pool as it was so hot in dubai but lovely hotel otherwise and great value for money

Great location and facilities around the hotel. The reception team is perfect, they were absolutely helpful and all issues were resolved superfast. Cleaning team provided with water and other supplies on daily basis, really nice guys. All employees in this hotel are very professional.

It's all about the building - I had two water leakages during 1 week of my stay (at the kitchen and in the bathroom). There was a constant moldy smell in the room (probably previous water leakages caused mold). If somebody is cooking - smells of food are penetrating the public areas and the whole floor. Construction works next to the building - a lot of dirt and workeks around. Again, team of cleaners and the reception work perfect and resolving all issues very fast, but the building itself needs renovaton and maintenance.

Everything except the prices they put on booking.com is different from the money you pay. They charge extra

The hotel were very comforting to our scenic view. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed.

Some of the day staff are not very helpful, you get one word responses. Some have an attitude problem. Also, the the photos online did not match what was actually there i.e the rooftop was very disappointing. The pool was too small and the sauna room seemed dirty.

We booked studio and it is very spacious. Apartment is super clean, bad is big and comfortable. Cleaning is every day. Kitchen is also well equipped and there is even washing machine, which is great if you are staying longer. We liked our balcony with marina view. Location is great. All recommendations.

Following things are just suggestions for improvement: - chairs on the balcony for enjoying morning coffee would be great - it was hard to open balcony door - drying rack would be perfect to add

Jannah Hotel was a good find, great value, convenient location, very close to Dubai Marina, JBR, public transport, we stayed a few weeks here. The room was decent size, pretty spacious, the bed was comfortable, bathroom with a shower had plenty of hot water. Our room came with a little kitchen corner including stovetop, we cooked some easy meals a few times. There is supermarket very close by and plenty of restaurants around. The room was cleaned up daily, the water, tea and coffee is supplied every day. Housekeepers are doing an amazing job, especially Rose. People at the front desk always keen to help. In overall good experience.

WIFI is not super reliable. Location is close to the Mosque, your sleep can be disrupted because of the early morning prayers (bring earplugs). There´s a construction site right next to the building, hence some noise (not hotel´s fault). There´s no view to Dubai Marina from the pool (as shown on the pictures - not accurate).

The room is nice and quiet, the bed is good, and it has access to the marina.

It is a little overpriced, but it matches the city. The worst for me was the bathroom, the size of it is ok, but the things are distributed in a way that you can not have a shower and don't touch the curtains, soap holders, or the water tap. If I were overweight, it would be really annoying.

all in one , the stay was great, everything you needed was an iron and a hair dryer etc in room. The DMMC metro station is nearby 10 minutes on foot . Near the beach and the promenade and everything including supermarkets, "careefood". hard to dry clothes bc in the room no balcony .

I lost the adapter from the iPad, they did not call or answer, although I wrote to you several times.

The location is wonderful. Next to the metro and several minimarts.. It's a 7 minute walking distance to JBR. The staff were polite and helpful and the place didn't appear too busy, everything was kept clean and I loved the cute little quotes on the hallways.. The room was super comfy, beautiful, and they thought of all the little things one would need on a short trip. The kitchenette was well equipped and the fridge stove and microwave were in excellent condition. Very spacious room, and bathroom with a bathtub. Checking in and out was easy and smooth, noise is kept to a minimum and room service are very responsive. Excellent choice, I definitely recommended them.

The hotel overall was well kept. However, the pool was a bit disappointing. It was clean, and there was staff member there to assist, but it was a very small pool and off shape, and there weren't comfortable seating options. The floor looked chipped and worn off at some areas.
