The location was great and the apartment was so spacious

The rooms had poor lighting. They have yellow bulbs which make the rooms very dark. Half of the electric sockets are broken or loose in the living room and bedrooms which i think is a Safety hazard. So you cant do your makeup and have the straighteners on at the same time! Also the house keeping did not understand the logic of leaving enough towels. I had 4 people in my apartment. So they should leave 4 bath towels and 4 hand towels. They were always leaving less as we had to use some of the towels for the floor because everytime you showered water would end up on the floor. Bedsheets were not fully clean. Had to request them to be changed. Breakfast was quite basic. We only had once.

3 bedroom apartment is basically like 3 separate hotel rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a common space which includes a living room, kitchen, and some other storage spaces. The apartment is not new, you can see it from the furniture, style, and other elements (like tiles in the bathroom, for example). It's not a bad thing as such, but from the pictures, I expected something newer, more up-to-date. The comfort level was good, with comfy beds, soft sheets, and towels, and good cleaning and service. The pool is nice, the water is cooled down, so it's a pleasant temperature. The area around is convenient: the beach is close (was too hot to enjoy it though), the tram stop JBR2 is very close, the metro station DMCC is a 13 min walk, big supermarket nearby is open 24h. Plenty of places to eat from fast food to good-level restaurants. We had breakfast once at the hotel, it was a good selection and tasted very well. The staff is extremely pleasant and very helpful, especially Sara from reception!

Outdated rooms a-la 2000s (missing modern touch and elements that create a cozy atmosphere). It's not a problem as such, but somehow from the pictures on booking, I got the impression that the place is more modern. Also if I knew that it's 'older' than its pictures, I could have found a better value for money deal on booking, as the place is not cheap (but maybe a similar issue is true for many apartments in the area). The pool got crowded with kids over the weekend, making it impossible to swim in it.

Checkin was quick and smooth,apartment was spacious and clean,Location was amazing everything was nearby most of the restaurants and grocery shops were 24hr open along with one massage spa which was also open 24/7 and beach was just 5 mins walk taxis are easily available from the walk. I asked for an extra bed which i was willingly to pay for but receptionist said they unfortunately don’t have one available and gave me a very poor blanket and asked me to put one of son on that which was unacceptable and uncomfortable also they did not bother to ask me or update me if they have extra bed one available the next day or my whole trip and i felt it was very unprofessional or laidback i was expecting them to get back to me i stayed thr for 8 days but i heard nothing about the extra bed.

The location is accessible from the Dubai Tram. We just got a little lost because there are a lot of towers but the assigned tower # or location was not mentioned during the booking. Also, there is an accessible supermarket nearby. Everything that we needed are within our fingertips.

The concierge service is taking time., maybe because there is a centralize concierge and for whatever request we have, it has to be communicated from our tower 1 to the main lobby. We requested a complimentary blanket but it didn't reach our room till we fell asleep. But it's manageable 'coz the room was a little warm.

The hostability of the stuff. Specially, Mr. Angelo, in the reception he was very cooperative man :-) he know what he’s doing.

I like the location and I like the surrounding facilities everything is available if you don’t want to get out of your area it will spend very nice time one small issue. Is that traffic go out with your car and do you want to come back? You will face some traffic jam.

Location is perfect, super close to the beach when going through parking, the nearby beach is quite clean and not crowded, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, views from the room are fantastic, apartment was very spacious, breakfast was good, speacial thanks to Sanaa who made the process of check in and out very fast and smooth.

location and wide apartment. staff were very helpful and Ms. Marison in the reception desk was so kind and offered us 2 hrs extension in check out time due to 30 minutes delay in checking in. pool inside the flat was great. views in the balcony was breathtaking

reception in one building and entrance to the flat in another one. although few meters away, but you need to walk or drive through the parking area which is extremely hot in the summer. Also, Breakfast was also in another building but this time you need walk outside. breakfast didn’t have much options but for 50 Dhs per individual ( and free for 6 yrs old and a complimentary no charge for one of the adults), it looks a good value for money

We arrived early morning after an overnight flight. Marissa on reception was very helpful and accommodating regarding arranging early availability of our apartment. The apartments are in a great location near the beach and tram. Very pleased with the apartment which was a good size, and kept nice and clean by housekeeping.

Nothing negative to report.

Large rooms, plenty of space in the suite. wifi worked well. lots of space at the 3 pools, great for a family vacation.

Starting to get a little bit dated. no washing liquid or laundry powder.
