Marina Byblos Hotel

the hotel is in a great location n the Dubai marina. close to the highway and public transport if that is what you need. you are close to the water and a mall. there is a great roof top pool and bar.

there is a club downstairs and if you are audio sensitive you can hear the music a little

Breakfast was nice. Price was fare and there was e out option between pastry and salted food to choose from. Everything was fresh.

Shower head was on and off with hot and cold water so it should be looked up.

The Staff at the hotel went above and beyond! I didn't stay in the hotel but I booked and am reviewing on behalf of my parents who stayed in the hotel for a week. All of the staff were just incredible! Special shoutout to the Guest relations manager Eddisa who organized for a balloon, a slice of cake and a card to be left in my parents room when they arrived for my Mom's birthday! Also, the Bar staff at the rooftop pool bar were very generous. There was one guy (I forget his name but he was Sri Lankan) who gave my parents lots of complimentary juices & peanuts when they were at the pool.

Cocktails at the rooftop bar were quite overspriced.

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and I can’t fault them. The staff are all very willing to make our stay the best it can be and so far they have done just that 😃 We even added an extra day on. As pensioners, we sometimes need a little more help with understanding things and this is where the reception are there to help us. They really are the best. I love the location of the hotel too…. Easy for us to use the local transport and it’s not far from the hotel. It’s also easy to get to the beach from here too. I look forward to seeing everyone next time we are in Dubai

Daman, Daman, Daman! Thanks to him we stayed in room 501, then also thanks to him, after 3 nights, we moved to room 803, a room with a better view. Daman, we want to thank you in this way, for everything you have done for us. Our stay was better because of you! So if you go to this hotel, look for Daman. This boy is very good at his job! I have stayed at this hotel many times and I recommend it because it is in Dubai Marina, because it is close to the metro, because it is not that expensive for this beautiful area and because the pool closes at 11pm :)

The water in the pool is very warm. It should, especially during the summer, have a lower temperature, so you can cool off The lady who gave us the pool towels every day was a sour woman.

I had such a lovely stay here! As a solo female traveller, I felt very happy and safe and everyone here went above and beyond to make my stay perfect! All staff were very very polite, helpful, kind and respectful. They were all very smiley. There wasn’t one person who wasn’t willing to help! The location is great. Rooms very clean. There was a man who worked on floor 6 and he always left me coffee and milk in my room as he knew I drank a lot of it! I don’t know his name but he was so smiley and kind. It was my first time in Dubai, so I didn’t know anything about the metro, SIM cards, taxis! The reception staff were so helpful, especially Mowaib and Bhog who helped me with my SIM card. All of the door men were wonderful too, and they always gave first class service. The restaraunt was fantastic. Every morning the buffet breakfast was different, and the range of food was brilliant and so tasty. There was a very smiley lady who worked in the restaraunt - she was always so attentive. Finally, the manager and Maher treated me like a VIP person! They gave me coffee, water and some treats before my flight. Overall, I am very happy with my stay in this hotel and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else! The location was also 10/10.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Highly highly recommend!! We were upgraded to a suite, treated to a complimentary breakfast, ballon and towel display and cake on arrival as it was our honeymoon which was amazing! The customer service was the best I have received at any hotel. The manager and concierge Awais were always so helpful with any questions that we had and helped us to find the best routes to the locations we wished to go to every day. We were always greeted by a huge smile by all members of staff. The location was perfect - Short walk to the metro and JBR. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back! Many thanks to everyone.

The room were facing the Marina harbour and was clean and spacious. We had ordered breakfast inroom and the inroom dining team made sure that the food was delivered within 25 mins. The location is superb with all convenience stores and cafes nearby, not to mention the JBR. Superb location, good nightlife and extremely courteous staff- had a wonderful stay.
