I’m confused… I’ve paid only AED2,3k (~$628) for 10 days, but… Price: for only AED2,3k one gets a very spacious 60sq.m. room (1 sleeping, 1 living, two full bathrooms and a kitchen) with a great 180 degrees view. Room service is highly recommended. Fairly priced and really good quality. Underground parking is included. Place: Location is really great. On a side of Marina, however the area is quieter, yet in proximity to e.g. Marina Mall (10mins walk), Blue Water Island (must see), beach. It’s nice to make a full walking loop back and forth along Marina. 2 supermarkets merely dozens of meters away: upmarket full range 24/7 “Choithrams” (left hand side) offering besides others Savushkin’ tvorog, Brest Litovsk’ smetana, Miratorg doctorskaya 😀, and a discounter VIVA (right hand side), so one can cook in the room and feel at home. Kitchen is fully equipped. Very good beds and unusually great sleep. Pool area is nice, open from early morning until 11pm. What is really great - the fact that the building is only 7 floors unlike other neighbourhood hotels in Marina, therefore you don’t feel like you’re staying kind of in a WTC - very few people around. People: this is my favourite part. The teamwork is very strong, they all are young, positive, extremely helpful and really customer centric. All one them. No exclusions. I’m really impressed. That’s the reason why I’m typing this feedback. They have actually made our stay. They don’t know the word “no”: a larger pan - no problem, Sir; clothes dryer - we don’t have but will find one for you; 3 towels - here you’re; wanna to change iron - with lightning speed. Incredible team, everyone, literally: front desk, concierge, housekeeping, lifeguards near the pool, restaurant. Herewith I’d like to specially recognise Adil & Jawaid. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone for a short or especially long stay. No, its not Burj Al Arab, but price/value is unbeatable, sooo much comfortable, friendly and easy. 👍

The room has an incredible view. We asked them for a room with a view to Marina and they provided it for us fo no extra cost. The room was cleaned every day and they provided us with water every day. Thank you Tafazzul for cleaning. The breakfast was good. But the highlight of the stay was the staff. They were incredibly nice and helpful, they gave us directions, picked taxis and Kasif even searched for us to book a ticket to the Museum of Future. Even more than that he and his colleague from the reception surprised me with a cake for my birthday!! That’s pretty unbeliveable!

We loved the location, the staff were so helpful and polite especially Joseph who went out of his way. The room was cleaned every day and reception available for room service

Location! Right on Marina walk with a marina view from the room. You can walk or get a careem bike to enjoy marina and JBR. Secondly got a free upgrade to 1 bed apartment along with free breakfast, thanks to Kashif at the front desk. Amazing friendly, helpful and smiling staff especially Kashif at front desk and Adil at concierge.

The hotel does feel a bit rundown so renovation and maintenance can improve it. The food quality of the market restaurant really needs to be improved. There is a bad traffic jam coming to or going out from hotel.

When we arrived we received the 60m2 room, I’ve thought it is a misunderstanding. Next they they have said our room was not ready but now we can move there.In the smaller hotel room the fridge was dirty. There was an awful smell in the room, so we received back the bigger apartman for free.

Staying here was an absolutely amazing experience! The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the metro station and the beach too. Adil, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile and efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs. Saeedur, the housekeeper, did an outstanding job - our room was consistently clean and tidy, with meticulous attention to every detail. Both of them contributed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this accommodation, and I'm grateful to Adil and Saeedur for their excellent service!

Staff where excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Hotel and rooms where kept very clean. Bed made and fresh towels every day. Located at the end of the marina so peaceful but within walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Free bus to the marina beach was a nice little extra but beach also only a 15 min walk along with tram Station.

Breakfast was not our cup of tea. Not sure if these where normal options for other nationalities but as British tourists there was a few odd choices. Stuck to the coffee and pastries which where always very fresh.

Perfect view to Dubai Marina, very friendly and helpful staff, regular room cleaning between 10-15- 13-00 (it’s very convenient to be back from a walk or a beach to a clean room with fresh towels). Good location for morning jogging along Marina, also lots of cafes around Transfer to JBR beach. Room for 2 people had all kitchen appliances (we used only fridge and kettle though, but it was good to have tableware, cutlery and not to wash fruits in the bathroom).

Tram/metro about 10 min walk (it’s ok if you are under 70 or do not plan to be a super active tourist.)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The lady who was in charge in the mornings was very pleasant and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and a bath was a welcome surprise. The view from the room was amazing!

The hotel is a little bit tired and older than some we visited but it is very good value for money for the location and it is kept immaculately clean. We had put some items in the fridge which were frozen solid. We turned it down a little and had a flood from our fridge as it defrosted. It was dealt with quickly and put right by staff.

Special mention to Adil, the restaurant staff and the 7th floor cleaning service for making our stay super comfortable - Location: Perfect location right in Dubai Marina (one of Dubai hot spots) with the amazing boardwalk, 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants all right in front of the hotel. The metro is 10 min away by walk, Dubai Marina Mall and JBR (both Dubai Hot Spots) are 15-20 min away by walk - The room: the room view on Dubai Marina. It also had all the equipment needed and was definitely up to standards - The underground parking: It came super handy when we rented a car - The hotel amenities: the swimming pool area, with the sauna, jacuzzi and hammam

We had a little misunderstanding regarding the booking on our arrival but the staff did all they could to help, so it was quickly fixed and forgotten
