The location was great, excellent customer service on arrival and throughout the evening.

I didn't like the checking out experience, we checked out after waiting in a queue which was not an issue The member of staff asked if we would be leaving a review, and asked that I log into my phone and do it on the spot. I informed her that I would prefer to this in my own time, and she promptly handed me a card with her name on, no other customers were asked to do this & it was a 1st for me! We just didn't like her attitude & manner which took the shine of what had been an excellent stay.

Clean, comfortable, nice shower. Very central location (pretty much opposite new street station, very close to mailbox centre).

I had issues with the parking - there was nowhere to enter the discount code (as I had been instructed both when booking and in person by both reception staff members). For my overnight parking I was therefore being charged £29.99. I called the car park people from the intercom when exiting the car park and discussed my situation - I had a huge queue of angry people behind me in the car park by the end and accepted reduction to £16 (still not the £10 as advertised with the hotel discount). I was in a multi-storey car park called New Street Grand central (as instructed!) but some confusion whether the car park in New street station itself was actually the correct one? Worth checking and looking into early to avoid high car park charges!!

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. We were close enough to the train station and to the venue we needed to go to that evening. The room was very clean. The staff greated us on arrival nicely and check in was quick. On the evening the reception lady got my husband a drink of water to sober him up. He had a little too much. She was lovely. The lady that checked us out was also really nice. Any staff we seen on our travel to our room was equally as nice too. The room was quiet. And big enough for a one or two night stay. It was really easy to find. We liked the vending machine option when we got back in the evening too.

The cushions on the bed were a bit thin. We couldn't find anymore. We still managed a good night's sleep. Would just be nice to of maybe had an extra pillow each. We probably wouldn't stay more than 2 nights in a row if we came back though. As there is only 2 hangers in the room for clothes. I also think maybe an iron in the room or an option to rent one as we did need one for the evening could be a nice idea. But these would not stop us booking again. As they're not big issues.

Rooms were basic but very clean, comfortable beds. And 2 double sockets each side of beds with 2 additional usb ports to charge your electronics. Toilet small but still enough room also very clean. Staff were very approachable, friendly & helpful. We had an issue with our Aircon & the girl at reception ran up straight away to help. Prime location with plenty of bars, places to eat with a small grocery store a few minutes walk also from the hotel. The Train station is also only a few minutes walk around the corner.

The Aircon in our room kept turning off and with no window vent there was no air to circulate. Got very hot & very stuffy very quick. Also Aircon when on only went down to 19 degrees. Which in some areas this may seem like a cool breeze but to 2 menopausal women sharing a small room it was not pleasant when it went off during the night.

Great location 2 minute walk from New Street Station. Friendly staff, easy access. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice linen. Good shower

Windowless room that I was aware of but very pokey side and little room either side of the bed. No kettle or drink making equipment other than drinks machine in the entrance lobby. No drinks glass in bathroom, even no plastic one so difficult to take medications in the morning. Nowhere to hang trousers, strange hangers for coat & shirt. No toilet brush. Wi fi difficult to load and very poor signal with constant buffering.

Great location, and very helpful staff. Nice clean and quiet rooms, maybe because there was no windows.

Erratic prices. Stayed Monday to Friday, I asked to stay the Friday due to work, website said it was full although it wasn't as the wonderful lady at reception found out. Had to pay £109 on the Thursday for the Friday night, to find out on the Friday the price dropped to £83. And no discount given when you stay 4 nights even though the bedding and towels aren't changed. Surely some discount should be give. The website sometimes works but mostly doesn't 😤

When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist, Eliza, who was exceptional! She made me feel very welcome and whenever I had any issues like being locked out of my room, both in this visit and in previous visits where I had other issues, she has always handled it promptly and professionally which made my stay very enjoyable and overall much smoother than it otherwise would have been! The facilities were satisfactory, and while they are simple it often comes with a price tag that reflects that; with that said, hard working staff isn’t simply something you can buy and made all the difference for me!

There really weren’t any issues within the remit of the hotel; the area in which it’s situated can sometimes be noisy depending on the room you stay in due to the proximity to the street and the people using it, and for light sleepers this may affect you as it has me.

Right next (almost) to Birmingham New Street Station. I booked a room that was listed as having no window. But when I arrived I was very pleased there was a roof skylight, so there was still daylight in the room. The staff were lovely and helpful. Comfy bed. Lovely big fat pillows. Nice smart en suite with nice smelling liquid soap in the sink and shower.

No chair. Nowhere to put your luggage but on the floor. No kettles in the room, but to be fair I knew that before I booked. And there's free hot water in the lobby.

I stayed one night in easyHotel Birmingham. The hotel is centrally located (beside New Street station) and a short stroll to the city centre. The room was a modern but simple room and had everything I needed for my stay. The room was also spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Miriam, the receptionist, was a credit to the hotel and always greeted guests with a friendly smile. She was very helpful and gave me directions to nearby attractions and allowed me drop back some shopping bags after a Primark haul! Saif was also very helpful upon check in and allowed me check in early after hearing about my flight delay which was very kind. I would highly recommend easyHotel if you’re staying in Birmingham and will definitely return for my next trip!

The room was as expected for the price, small but had everything you needed. Very clean bathroom and just enough space to hang up jackets and things, two bed side tables. It was a place I stayed for one night and would stay again if I was on a night out or swinging by to meet family. The location is really good for accessing the town centre and you can easily travel from there. The staff were also very, very good and friendly! Lovely lady checked us in and was making conversation.

I didn't know you had to pay to use the TV but it wasn't a massive issue.
