Lovely person who greeted us. A beautiful room which we were moved to when she saw my mother couldn’t easily walk up a further flight of steps, so they were very flexible and accommodating. A nice view of one of the nicest streets in Caernarfon. Close to nice cafes, pubs and restaurants. The room and bathroom were nice and modern. It seems I didn’t know that they had a room (for those with mobility issues) on the ground floor, but it was apparently taken. Finally, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

It’s a shame they don’t offer some form of breakfast, even cereals, but the kitchen is good and useful, and has a large fridge. I’m not sure why they don’t offer toiletries; it shouldn’t have been offered in Bookings.com. The single beds are a little small.

Location was fantastic, on the doorstep of the castle. Janet was lovely. The shared kitchen area was brilliant along with the communal room. The room was really clean and the bathroom was brilliant, with a great shower and bath. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm.

It would have been nice to have some coat hooks near the door to put my damp coat, instead of having to have it hung up with my clean clothes. It would also have been nice to have a bath matt along with the towels as the bathroom floor did get quite wet. The room was warm but I could not figure out how to use the heating system (it seemed simple but nothing would happen to the heater), having some simple instructions would be nice. I would also suggest looking into the possibility of placing a deposit down to use an iron, ironing board and hairdryer if guests wish to use.

Caernarfon is amazing, and Llety Arral is right in the centre of the historic town, in what is probably the most pretty (and noisy) street. The room and bathroom were very clean and well designed, and the facilities were good. In all it far exceeded my expectations.

The only downside was the noise from the historic Market Hall a few doors down, which is now used as a venue. It is a lovely place to visit, have a drink and listen to a band, but they do go on until midnight which is not so good when you are trying to sleep.

Very friendly and helpful staff, location in the city centre, comfortable room, easy to travel around with public transport.

It was a bit noisy from some restaurants in the street in the evening, better soundproofing from the window in the room would help :) Some USB electrical sockets and/or an adaptor for UK power sockets would be useful for international travelers.

Good place to stay as a family. Nice family room with 1 double bed + 2 single beds. Nice staff. They have a small kitchen that guests can use for snacks, really handy when travelling with children. Premium location.

Only downside the heating not working properly, but staff gave us a heater. Room windows directly on the street so can be noisy in busy w-e evenings.

Staff was responsive and friendly. Issues with the room were addressed quickly. Clean, convenient to bus and major sites, on charming street. Felt secure. Full kitchen. A place for quiet travelers, not a party hostel.

Late night noise from nearby venues over the weekend. Bring earplugs. No lift and many stairs.

Newly refurbished building with large and comfortable rooms. Our room had a sofa and a little table and two chairs. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were all good quality. Lovely shower. Everything was clean and new. Excellent location on the pedestrian street, close to the castle and The Black Boy Inn, which is a lovely pub that serves good ales and good food. The checking in process was seem less and Selwyn provided all the information needed. You can park free of charge 4:30pm-10am nearby so it was perfect as we left each morning and came back late afternoon and could use the free parking. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, good facilities and a spacious room

Only downside was a loud pub a few doors away so it was quite loud very late. Double glazed windows would have helped but we would definitely stay again as the location and the place itself are ideal. This is the only small issue but won’t stop us booking again.

Because it is so central it was a bit noisy when pubs shut. But it wasn't late. Probably would be less noisy normally anyway as I stayed on a particularly busy weekend

The location was brilliant as it's right in the town centre. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. There's a communal kitchen where you could make coffees and fridge to store your food. Very comfortable bed, got everything you need and worth the money you pay. Highly recommended! Jay and Kisha xx
