The room was fantastic - spacious and so clean. The location was great too - in the middle of town and close to the castle. There was a tapas restaurant on the ground floor which looked amazing - we went into the restaurant too late so couldn’t eat there but will know for next time! It was busy and seemed very popular.

We couldn’t check in until 5 which was a bit late but understand that this was because of circumstances beyond the manager’s control. I did know about check in time but arrived earlier hoping to get in so should have just taken it as read.

An amazing little B&B. On arrival I was taken back by the beauty & character of the interior. The pictures certainly don’t do this place justice. I thought I’d booked a small room as that’s what it looked like online when actually the room was of a really good size, plenty of space! The bed was huge, furniture and textiles beautifully done. The room was spotless and smelt fresh. Check in and check out was simple. Just a minutes stroll down to the harbour and situated amongst lovely shops, restaurants and pubs. Great find and a great price. Loved it

We had a large room that was beautifully and very comfortably furnished. The host went out of his way to allow us to come a bit earlier than expected. The location was great - very close to the castle and also to a friendly pub. You could easily walk to the shopping areas, the shoreline, restaurants, and the castle. It was within the ancient town walls, so was quite special.

Due to COVID the owner was having serious staffing problems. He went out of his way to make up for that, so it was not an inconvenience for us, but we felt sorry that he had to do nearly all of the work his staff would have been doing.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is the heart of the town, easy access to shops, the water front and parking. Also a great spring-board for seeing a lot of North Wales from, we were never more than half an hour by car from Anglesey, parts of Snowdonia and Bangor. The room was clean and cosy, it had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Really lovely place, we would definitely visit again.

Not a negative but it's worth being aware that it's attached to a restaurant and you're given the keys to your door and the front door. No staff in the property overnight.

The hotel room was fantastic. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The host and restaurant were both excellent.

We were aware that breakfast was not included. However, the hotel website states "Our varied menu offers breakfast, lunch, luxury afternoon tea and evening meals". We interpreted this that breakfast would be available at an additional cost. This was unfortunately not the case. It didn't impact our trip adversely, but I think the website needs to be updated.

No Breakfast, but we knew that. Surrounded by all the popular restaurants within 100 yards. Perfectly central to the foot as far as geographical location. We were able to find free parking every day within a couple of minutes walk. It is a prefect location to explore the rest of Snowdonia and beyond. Slept well every night. Ate in venue the first night on arrival and it was very good.

Minor plumbing issues with the bath plug!

Huge room with a comfy bed, lovely shower and all the extras you would need for a trip away (iron, hair dryer etc). Friendly welcome.

It was very light in the room as not dark curtains used or gaps as the ones up weren't big enough(but the windows were massive to be fair!). Also wasn't clear that the bedrooms were above a restaurant so never possible to check in any earlier then when they open the restaurant at 5pm

Location right in the centre & next to the historic castle and city walls. Coffee & tea provided with a small jug in the room. Room was big with large windows. Tapas menu excellent & standard of food very good. Staff on site at checkin & very helpful. Great communication with all staff that we met.

No breakfast on site but tapas available from Tuesdays thru to Saturday evenings.

The location was lovely. Surrounded by the castle , inside the walls. Lots of little streets to wander around. The room was above the restaurant but we did not hear anything from below. All in all a lovely stay.

The pub across the road was a bit noisy and without double glazing it was a bit too loud. But the football was on so can understand 😃

- Very comfortable, large room with amazing period features and huge bed - Great bathroom and shower - Helpful, friendly staff - Fantastic location right in the centre of Caernarfon

- Huge amount of street noise. It was such a shame as the room and hotel were fantastic but the constant street noise until the early hours of the morning from the pub opposite and drunk people yelling in the street ruined our stay as it was impossible to sleep. The noise from bin lorries and people in the street started again at about 7am. The room we stayed in would only be suitable for very heavy sleepers. - No parking but we parked in Balaclafa car park which was only 5-10 mins walk away and cost £5 for 24 hours. - No breakfast due to Covid but plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
