Good facilities and friendly staff - general atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Room good with a great shower that was simple to use and very effective - leisure club was nice though maybe not worth extra £10 a day.
Room was dark - no main lighting which was odd. Hotel is on flight path to Manchester airport so too noisy to room window open. Some will find the check in process unusual and confusing though there was a friendly staff member nearby to help if you struggled. Breakfast was adequate but not great - slow to replenish when things ran out & seemed to fail to plan for busy weekend with the hotel full with sports teams and a gospel choir

Breakfast was a bit extra on top but was delicious. Fresh cooked food coming out regularly. Lovely staff, were so helpful and caring. As I'm disabled they went above and beyond to help me so I didn't have to walk too far. Bed was comfy and perfect height for wheelchair transfer to bed. Bathroom/wetroom was great. Shower was lovely too. The bones was having a Starbucks in the hotel! Amazing chocolate waffle frappe! Was out of this world! Hotel organised taxi for us when we requested which was really helpful. Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Maybe replace some of the high tables for low level seating rather than bar stools. As lots of people come in from neighbouring area for breakfast so it was quite busy.

Couldn't have stayed in a nicer place for our family reunion. The hotel was in a lovely location ..even though football and other events the hotel managed very well. A complete contrast to our stay in Bath a few weeks later ..only to turn up to the hotel and no trace of our booking even though we had paid and sent a receipt. It was all downhill from there and our trip to the Bath was ruined. We won't be using booking .com because of that again. But saying that we will book you direct as we had an excellent time due to you. So thank you Village hotel Cheadle
Everything was great

Large Club room (though only a double bed) Good value buffet breakfast (£10 per person if booked in advance) Location handy for family event; possibly an option for fly and park but didn't check with staff
Noise from wedding party guests in car park below room 233. Windows are double glazed but not very thick sealed units so don't shut out noise well. Hotel is right under airport flight path and flights are almost round the clock, though noise from the planes was less annoying than noise from unsupervised children of wedding guests

Measha on the check in desk was super helpful and really lovely. the hotel manager (apologies I’ve forgotten his name) went out of his way and even put a little activity bag with a chocolate bar in it for my daughter and a bottle of wine for my partner and I. on the Saturday evening after our meal I wasn’t feeling great (I was coming down with tonsillitis I have since found out) and do I had to leave the meal before we had desserts however they sent them up via room service which my daughter thought was amazing. at breakfast one of the servers went out of her way to get a hot chocolate for my daughter too. nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be staying here again
the Starbucks in the reception area couldn’t do coffee as their machines weren’t working, not their fault but that was my only disappointment

The property is absolutely perfect , you don’t need to leave the building as it has everything needed.
Bad part is me and my wife were asked to leave the pool at 12:45 due to insurance reasons as infants weren’t allowed in between 12-2, which I fully understand however, our 11 month old baby was asleep in my arms On a lounger, which then having to wake up a sleeping a baby that didn’t go down to well. ( fully understand about insurance) however we were spoken to quite rudely.

It wasn't an 'experience' but then it didn't need to be for one night. The hotel suited my needs. Good gym. Staff could have been more helpful when I first arrived but were pleasant enough. No complaints.
When I arrived I found out I had to pay extra for the parking. I was then informed this would have been explained to me on Booking.com. I double checked and it wasn't. At this point I found them most unhelpful. To emphasise my point to them, about 30 seconds later while I was still being served a second customer arrived and asked 'What's the deal with parking?' He also complained he didn't know there was a charge. It is annoying when you you have that sprung on you on arrival. That aside, the staff were pleasant. The gym staff were very pleasant.

The room was lovely, front of house staff were very helpful. It was an absolute treat to be able to use the gym, pool and sauna. The room was a lovely size and the bed was comfy. The shower in the room was lovely too.
They aren't really set up here for vegan breakfasts, although the regular breakfasts are well-catered for, and my partner loved his breakfast. I sort of ended up picking out the veg parts of the breakfast, rather than there being, for example, veggie sausages available, or alternatives, so maybe not the best for vegans and I'm not sure how GF they are either, as there was a wonderful abundance of bread available.

Swimming pool, shower, bed was comfy, large tv, good sized room.
We were were encouraged to bid for a club room so parking and Wi-Fi were included. However, you don’t have to pay for either at the weekend so our money was wasted. This was not made clear and is a bit disingenuous. The room was comfortable but incredibly hot. Although the staff were helpful and got us an additional fan, neither worked very well and made little different. Neither of us had a good nights sleep. Breakfast is average and the watered down orange juice is disgusting.

The room was a lot bigger than I expected. A real pleasant surprise. I loved the check in system as its quick and easy. The bed was a pretty comfortable and having parking facilities on the hotel grounds really makes it so convenient.
The pillows weren't the best. The views out of my window weren't very nice to be honest. I heard a lot of planes flying over. I wish the double glazing was a little thicker to deafen the sound.
