Room was so big Beds were really comfortable Lovely staff Plenty mirror space Lovely shower but could have been descaled however still worked well

Shower had a lot of lime scale but worked and was nice and hot Light didn't work above one bed for night time but not a massive issue Not enough plug sockets only 2 could have done with another one near other single bed

I am aware that the business recently came into possession of new ownership. This was my first time staying here and I can honestly say I was more than happy with the service of the staff, the prompt response from the owners when I raised an issue late in the evening and the attitude they had to responding to the issues. Shower was amazing, room had the basics but everything that was needed.

The mattress on my bed had seen better days, very thin and could feel the springs every time I moved. Also didn't get to sleep until gone midnight due to volume levels from the bar area below. I was only there for one night however so it didn't present too much of a problem. A lot of the issues i brought to the attention of the management were around previous ownership and I was reassured that they planned to address these issues and act on them.

Perfect location for us as we were meeting family nearby. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Danielle sorted burns pack for my finger and recorded details as appropriate in accident book.

Burnt my finger on seriously hot overhead bedroom light. Animal hairs on spare cushions and bed spread were off putting. Got a rude awakening from dog howling on corridor outside my room. Hair dryers wouldn't work for us...we tried 2 different ones.

We arrived quite late to the Spread Eagle as we got stuck in traffic. We phoned to the let the management know and they were very accommodating with our arrival time. When we arrived, Sylvia the landlady took us up to our room and showed us how to go through the security doors with the key fob. She was super friendly and really made us feel excited about our stay. When we came downstairs there was karaoke on and this was brilliant fun so we had a few drinks to get in the mood. We met Terry, Sylvia’s partner who had a great knowledge of the local beers and gave us some recommendations for local restaurants and places to park. (We we’re doing the Old Trafford Stadium tour) We chose the Spread Eagle as it was near the stadium and because it was dog friendly! We were not disappointed. They also had a pool table which we enjoyed playing one evening. We stayed two nights and it was very enjoyable indeed.

Helpfull staff, clean rooms, reasonable prices, great location for were we needed and beer was decent.

Wasn't expecting the Karaoke on Friday and Saturday night but it finished at a sensible time for a pub, unfortunately we had the room right over the DJ but I'd guess most of the other rooms would hear minimal music.

Excellent location, We went to a United game and its only about a 25 minute walk away Great room for the price too and free car parking Pub downstairs looked superb but unfortunately theyd called time by the time i got back!

No breakfast avs ailable but we found a great little place down the road, Phoenix Deli

Location and Cleanliness. Staff also excellent and did explain that it would be noisy that night as over busy bar with karaoke

Despite being very clean Room a bit dated. Noise level would be a problem for some people especially they wanted to retire early. But this was not problem for me

The staff made me and my friend very welcome and even let us have a night cap after returning from the football when the bar was about to close. The room was clean and spacious and the adjoining bathroom provided a red hot shower. A very enjoyable stay. Then you.

the closeness to music venue we were visiting. Friendly, helpful staff. Dj was up and running on arrival. nice spacious pub. Good amount of Parking on site and comfortable room. We were left to our own devices and could come and go as we pleased through side door.

shower wasn’t the best and wasn’t easiest to control but it was ok.

Rooms were very spacious and clean, staff were accommodating and really friendly and the location was excellent surrounded by bars and restaurants. Close to Old Trafford.

Couldn't turn heating down so it was very warm by morning. Shower in bath was old but OK. Next door room had top of range shower though. Drinks at the hotel bar were very expensive.
