Comfortable clean room plenty of space in room, gorgeous old entrance hall very well in keeping with it's original roots. Complimentary goodies very welcome. Slept well in comfy single beds with fresh linen. Breakfast in morning was very nice.

Although there is an A4 size request that guests consider other guests when they come in and use the stairs and rooms on the upper floor, we were affected by it sounded like a family party with older children or teenagers coming in and out several times which did keep us awake, we'd had a long journey and needed sleep. Maybe when guests check in they could be told by the person booking them in about keeping quiet as possible, shutting doors quietly as the sounds really carry in this house, internally not externally. One other issue is the green light on the ceiling monitor was flickering all night, think the bulb on way out, the other monitors were fine and doing their job.

The facilities were greater than anticipated as the Farmhouse is on a small complex with a farm shop selling local produce and a lovely cafe.

It would have been nice if the Farmhouse had a bar or restaurant which opens in the eve - it closed at 5pm - as there is only one other bar / restaurant in the vicinity and it was fully booked. We had to drive into Conwy for dinner.

The room was very clean , spacious and comfortable with good disability access and spectacular views. The beds were very comfy and there was a lovely and well stocked tray of coffee, tea and water with fresh fruit and crisps and cake too. The TV reception was excellent and the room had lots of plug sockets at a range of heights. The breakfast portions were enormous! The Furnace Welsh Breakfast was delicious. We had dinner in the on-site Hayloft Restaurant which was delightful and is highly recommended. The property is truly dog friendly and our dog also had a great time with fresh water bowls liberally provided. There is also an excellent specialist food shop on site with local produce. Overall 10 out of 10!

We enjoyed everything about the property.

Room was nice and large with a fabulous view, great shower well stocked welcome basket. The breakfast was excellent as was the farm shop. Staff were highly efficient and very friendly

The fact it wasn't cleaned daily, we stayed for four nights and I like my room cleaned bed made and fresh towels. The info on arrival stated the non cleaning was due to Covid but this is not a correct assessment of Covid regulations. They could have cleaned it once guests had gone out for the day. We had to put rubbish, used crockery or cutlery outside the door and ask at the shop for refills and fresh towels!

Location is very good although nearby road and railway can be noisy.

Pub on site not open on Monday and Tuesday so no evening meal available. Should be made clear on Booking site.

We were two hours early for check in, the lovely guy in the farm shop said he would show us our room so we knew where it was, and if it was ready we could check in early. It was ready so that was a massive bonus. He helped me pick a bottle of fizz for our room and offered to keep it on chill till we were ready. The farm shop was lovely, we had the most amazing pork pie, mini cheesecake and a raspberry and custard tart. The little hamper in the room was a lovely touch. The bed was super comfy. Had a lovely nights sleep. Amazing breakfast. Well done to all the staff, it’s a little gem and we will definitely be back.

There wasn’t much to not like… only little gripes were, the light in the bedroom had a piece of paper taped over it. The wooden box around the loo looked untidy and tired.

Loved our stay. Fab location, beautiful view from the room. Amazing room, really luxurious beds so comfy. Lovely farm shop. Staff really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was SO good, delicious! The only downside was the lack of evening restaurant/bar but there was a fantastic pub less than a mile away. Loved it. Thanks.

Evening pub/restaurant but not a problem as the local pub was amazing.

Loved the general atmosphere with rustic charm and gentle natural decor combined with 21st century comfort in the room. Little touches like basket of Welsh deli goodies and ground coffee in the room were great. Excellent choices at breakfast which was a relaxing experience, served outdoors with a gentle breeze and the sound of bird song. Had a yummy cone from the onsite ice-cream. parlour too. Would have liked to explore the onsite clothes shop and Clogau Gold if we'd been there longer.

We were disappointed the restaurant wasn't open for evening meals and feel that this should have been made clear in the description of the property. Similarly breakfast starting at 9.00 was a little late and we had to change arrangements for the day we planned.

The property was clean and beautiful, with stunning views out to the river. The extra Welsh treats on arrival were a lovely surprise! We really enjoyed the restaurant - so much so that we cancelled our booking at another place and ate at the on-site restaurant on our second night as well. All of the staff were super lovely and friendly! We would definitely come back!

The only con was that we had trouble finding where to go for parking, but once we spotted the small sign, we were good - guess I just need better glasses!

Very nice location, good surroundings and views, peaceful. Good location for getting to Bodnant Gardens and Conwy. There was a nice selection of teas/coffee and fruit in the room. Breakfast was good, good choice, friendly staff.

The room and bathroom were smaller than expected. The room was very warm even though the weather was not hot, which could be uncomfortable at times. It wasn't made clear when booking that there was a £15 limit on breakfast (though that wasn't a problem for us). We would stay here again but in a different room.
