Leonardo Hotel - Formerly Jurys Inn and Conference Venue Aberdeen Airport

The receptionist when we arrived was fantastic and explained a problem with our planned room but sorted a new one for our arrival and gave us some vouchers for kids milkshakes and food ect.

The room was very hot with no controls or instructions on how to work a heating switch in the room, and apart from a window that only opened a hairline there was no cool air at all and we had to sleep with the window open all of 2 inches. In the small hours we were all awoken from the entertainment music from the bar or function room booming through our room. Even with the window closed it was just as loud and interfering with the kids sleep. It was after 2am before we finally fell asleep again but it was far too hot. We have stayed here once before when it was the Jury's Inn but never had the heat or noise issue.

Easy to get to off the bypass Convenient for the P&J venue, 30 mins walk, although a bus was also available for a fee. Very quiet

Bad information at the start, two Leonardo hotels close together, not very clear instructions of which to go to, sat navs are not all up to date, first one we went to couldn't get in the car park, no indication why, spoke to staff member at reception who was very unhelpful and pretty unclear of what to do however they did say we were booked for the other Leonardo, staff there were great

Loved the size and layout of room. Room was spotless and beds were extremely comfortable. Liked that there was an optional bus to and from the Michael Buble concert. It was near venue and bus stop into city centre was just across from hotel. Staff were friendly. Great value for money. Would definitely book hotel again if attending P&J Live for a concert.

Thought that the price of breakfast was a bit too expensive £14.95, so opted for room only instead and bought porridge from hotel shop for £3 which did the trick.

Always one of my favourite hotels to stay at. The staff are what makes a hotel and this hotel is no exception. Polite helpful staff, it is always such a pleasure to see Leslie welcoming you at breakfast. The rooms are fantastic and well worth a guest upgrading.

Not a lot to say in here honestly its nit picking at best. I would personally still like to have a shower with some more power. The key cards often stop working which is a pain as it is not a fault at many hotels anymore.

It wasn’t clear which hotel it was. I went to the one opposite of the same name. Parking - No where did it say to pay for parking at reception prior to checkout .I opted for online express checkout and when I got to the barrier at car park had to go back inside and wait and queue to pay. This took a while receptionist was not particularly friendly or helpful. This caused me a delay.

I stayed at this hotel, the first time for me with the Leonardo / Jurys chain, because it was near the Aberdeen PJ Live concert venue where Elton John was playing. Staff were incredibly nice, the facilities were good and the location was perfect. They even coordinated with a bus to provide shuttle service to and from the venue. On the basis of this experience I later stayed at another Leonardo with the same positive experience.

This hotel is perfectly placed for an early flight departure! Walking to the airport dragging cases only takes 6-7 minutes. Check-in was quick & easy and the receptionist was very friendly. Our room was quite a walk on a far wing of the hotel but not a problem as there were no stairs! Room was spacious & well appointed. I would certainly stay again!

The bathroom was fine, but would prefer a shower cubicle rather than an over the bath one.

Very good location as were there to see concert at P&J, walked within 20 mins and lovely restaurant 5 mins walk away. Booked 2 x rooms, one had 2x king size beds, dressing room, bathroom and bedroom was absolutely huge, other had 1 kingsize and fridge, coffee maker and both extremely clean, very quiet and never heard a single helicopter! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will def be back again 😀

Nothing as everything was perfect

Very nice stay once again thank you, had to check in early this time as had to leave on business late in the evening and they were very accommodating of my request. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else now everything is on hand for you and meals up to 21:30 hours which is great if you arrive later. Nice place, very polite and helpful staff and above all quiet and very clean I rate 10 out of 10 stars.

The staff are excellent, room size is spacious and beds are really comfortable. On a previous review I mentioned sausages not being cooked to my taste. However on this stay breakfast was delicious and sausages were cooked perfect. Easy transfer from airport. Parking also adequate and good price.

I have no suggestions for improvement or any complaints.
