I messed up my booking and forgot to book the Sunday night but they let me have the room a night early and held the kitchen open as I’d arrived just a few minutes before closing, the room was very comfy, staff were amazing and the food was delicious would definitely stay here again if I was doing a coarse in Dyce or up for anything else for that matter 10/10

Room was much bigger than expected. Very clean. Modern bathroom, again very clean. Breakfast was very good & great it was a late start for breakfast 10am so no need for early rise. Location was spot on for our needs.

Hairdryer in bathroom not the best, took forever to dry my hair. The dryer actually cut off as it had over heated. Towels could have been bigger, I like bath sheets. But overall didn’t spoil our stay.

The staff we fab and nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing and value for money. Access to the bar and restaurant from the rooms was a bonus. Overall a fabulous experience.

The bed was a little hard for my liking. That said, you can't cater exactly for everyone. The bed was comfortable enough just a little too hard.

A great deal of thought has been put into ensuring everything you could need is in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent bar and beer garden. The breakfast was done to perfection and just the right amount of food. Ideal location for Aberdeen, Dyce airport, or exploring the local area.

No improvement required.

I liked the standards of cleanliness and service in thehotel. The bed was very comfortable and when I asked for a mirror for the bedroom, one was provided very quickly.

Some elements were in need of an upgrade. For example the bath panel needed touching up and the shower was very difficult to turn on and off.

lovely decor, very comfortable and very good facilities. food was of a very high standard.

some staff seemed a bit abrupt, might be a bit lost in translation though. wifi very poor in the furthest rooms from reception. my wifi was almost non existent, could do with internet boosters along longer corridors.

Breakfast was adequate . We were a bit disappointed that , although we were in Aberdeenshire , there were no butteries !

The porridge was not like porridge , more like Ready Brek ( I suspect although I’ve never eaten that ! ) . Reaching the breakfast room proved challenging as the lift took me to the reception . I had to go back up then climb down the stairs while my sister carried one of my crutches .

Nice family-run hotel, bedroom & bathroom very clean. Tea & coffee facilities available in the room. Helpful, friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast which was a freshly made omelette, toast & coffee.

Bed was quite hard and room felt a little dated.

The staff were excellent, owners full of useful local knowledge, rooms large and well designed for business users (laptop station and convenient sockets). Excellent shower and bath, good food, nice bar with reasonable prices. Perfect for airport and exhibition access.

Very friendly staff, good quality evening meals at reasonable price, breakfast good, comfortable large room, excellent shower, even the tv remote worked!!

Only niggle coat hooks needed behind bathroom door, that's a small niggle
