Great location, within walking distance of airport and P&J Live. Quick check in with friendly staff. The room and bathroom were both a really good size, and were well equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Everything seemed new and well put together, no worrying stains or other signs of wear and tear. The toiletries provided seemed of good quality too, and it had the lot, not just tiny bottles of almost useless rubbish. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and body lotion in wall dispensers which smelled nice and did the job well. I usually have to buy expensive conditioner to cope with my hair, but theirs worked fantastically. The included breakfast was great, enough variety and decent quality. The waffle maker was a fabulous addition. What you get for the cost is amazing really, I've paid much more for way worse in the past.

My room was right above where delivery lorries parked and offloaded, and if I didnt have to get up early anyway I would've had little choice but to do so as they were not quiet! I reported an issue with a stuck sink plug but no one got around to fixing it. It wasnt a massive issue in itself, but I've never understood why hotels dont seem to have an simple, robust procedure for reporting and sorting niggles like this. I've stayed in many different places and nowhere has, this isnt unusual. I just bailed out the sink with a cup and I'm not the type to kick off about a little snag like that, but its something that could irritate yet be fixed so easily.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and well worth the money, the room was lovely, the bed was really comfortable, it was that comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning, and we also never heard any noise it was that quiet and we would definitely come back again plus it was also easy to get to it. It was our first time there but it won't be our last.

The only thing we didn't like was the limited choice of food available not everyone likes curries and salads and also the shortage of options at the bar, that was the only problem we had

car park not big enough for everyone to park in. we had to park outside on the street. no spaces big enough for a van either! buffet breakfast ran out of bacon, hash browns and beans. They did arrive eventually but not soon enough! Toaster needs to the bread put through twice to do it properly! coffee machine didn’t have chocolate in the milk when ordering hot chocolate. Cutlery in short supply! Poor waitress was apologising to so many customers about lack of food etc.

If you want tea or coffee then you can help your self to table in the corridor. Friendly staff on reception. Spotless Hotel. Secure hotel as without key you cannot access lifts nor the stairs. Breakfast is self service buffet, however both mornings bacon and sausages burnt.

Not being told that hotel being used as an isolation hotel for off shore sector. Room not serviced atall. No clean towels for 3 days. Breakfast burnt every morning. Not told until money had left my account that on day 3 I will not be able to get the breakfast that i paid for. Parking spaces being used by oil and gas industry so paid guest cannot get parking that is advertised.

The property was easy to find and on arrival looked welcoming and inviting. The 2 rooms we had were both lovely and the cleanliness was top marks. With the hotel being near the airport we thought it might be a bit noisy but it wasn’t.

The room could have done with more condiments but we only had to phone reception and they came and left extra condiments in a bag at the door. The restaurant wasn’t fully up and running yet for evening meals due to covid which was a shame but we couldn’t fault the buffet breakfast as it had everything you could want.

Room was clean, shower was lovely,breakfast good choice of items Most importantly all the staff we met on our stay were very helpful and friendly.

Parking is limited, we got last offical space we did not arrive late it was in the afternoon. Double yellow lines on road leading to hotel which i understand but if we had arrived later or left to visit family and then return and required to park on double lines or not in correct bay would we recive the 100 pound fine

Situated near the event I was attending. The room was very clean and had good facilities. Great walk in shower and lovely soft towels. The breakfast was very good with a range of choices to suit different tastes.

My room was on the ground floor (no 10) near the entrance and it was used by ‘smokers’ who were quite noisy just outside my window. Found it difficult to fall asleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful throughout the night. Plenty towels were made available and shower very pleasant temperature.

The bed was a too firm. Your head sinks into pillow therefore giving no support. Coffee could be of better quality. Good range of breakfast items but hot breakfast was not hot.

Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for what we required. We had an error with our booking, and staff helped to sort it out.

.The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast location, as it was very exposed to the reception area. The food was good though

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and happy to assist. The breakfast options were very good. There was a comfortable lounge on the ground floor.

The lunch and dinner options were limited and had to be booked through an app. Our room looked out onto a storage facility, rather than the airport and runway.
