Pinehurst Lodge Hotel - Aberdeen

Everything about our stay, the room was very clean and comfortable. Electric heater in the room which meant that we could have a comfortable temperature in the evening, a lot of hotels fail on this point. All staff were very polite and attentive, including quite young waiting staff who were very pleasant and who are a credit to the hotel. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed the very cold Mcewans 80 shilling beer! Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and will definitely go back when staying in Aberdeen in future. Do not be put off by its' close proximity to the airport, aircraft noise can barely be heard.

The fact that there is a charge for Wi-Fi, this is a bit mean, most good hotels provide free Wi-Fi.

This place is a little gem, it is in a great location not far from the airport for those that are flying, it has a fab bar and restaurant and the food is delicious, room service is also available. The rooms are well equipped and exceptionally clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay

The bed was just a little too hard for me as i have back issues. However, when I let them know on check out, they said if I stayed again to tell them in advance and they would supply a mattress topper .

Everything. This hotel is set in very pleasant grounds with outside seating and is easy accessible from Aberdeen city. The room was exceptional, very clean, great size with a comfortable bed and 2 comfortable chairs and a table and an outlook on to trees making it quiet and peaceful. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. The staff were professional, very pleasant, helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The evening meal was so delicious with a good choice on the menu. The owner served us breakfast which again was very good and he gave a potted history of the Lodge which was the manse for the church next door before it was demolished some time ago. We would certainly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

Everything was beyond our expectations, nothing not to like.

Shower runs for a long time before warm water comes through Food and drinks charged to the room, but was not presented with a summary to sign before checking out. Requested the invoice be sent via e mail. Staff member seemed surprised. Was presented with a scrap of paper onto which I wrote business e mail address. To be fair, the email was sent that day or the next day. But check out experience was rather unprofessional.

Staff is very helpful and friends . Places clean and tidy . Food was out of this world. It's very tasty and very filling . Good plat full. Would stay here again and have already been telling friends about it .

Two things I found wrong were the pillows being soft for me . And need more chose of tea's The room needs to be checked if things were used

The rooms were lovely, bed so comfortable, our room had bath with overhead shower, so you had options. Place is so clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and was so tasty, so many choices too. Breakfast was very nice too with loads of options

Very friendly hotel , The rooms are very comfortable,had a problem with shower was sorted straight away , breakfast was excellent, we had a meal in restaurant with my grandson and partner who live nearby , we all enjoyed the meal very much .

No air conditioning it was a hot day , showers are a wet room hence nothing can be put on floor . I understand they are all to be replaced

Great hotel! Already booked next visit! The check-in was quick, all information regarding local restrictions was easy to follow. Rooms are very clean, great WiFi, heard they are getting 40” smart TV’s this month! That will be a super addition! I had the maple & sesame king prawns for starters & the lodge burger for main, couldn’t manage a pudding. Took a pint & sat in the garden, it was peaceful with background music, very well kept grounds, can’t beat a Tennent's! Could have sat all night if it wasn’t for work the next day! The breakfast waitress was very chatty, all the breakfast options are great for a long stay I had the full Scottish breakfast with haggis, yum! I’m already booked for next week, I’ll also be back with the wife for a mini holiday soon!

Breakfast & evening meal was superb. All the staff are friendly & Hotel is ideally situated for us when visiting relatives in the Area. We stayed in one of the Apartments which provide lots of space and a nice living room area. Beds are comfy.

Really lovely staff. Room was a decent size with a comfy bed. Windows opened which was great as it was so warm. Great choice at breakfast.

Nothing really. Only issue was the shower was too hot and couldn’t regulate it very well.
