Breakfast was nice and good variety Room was nice and comfortable

We requested a plastic seat for the shower for my disabled wife ( the shower was very small for an able person never mind a disabled person ) And was told this was not possible and if we needed disabled showering we would have to downgrade in my eyes that is discrimination towards the disabled people Who would like equal comfort as able people It was our 30th wedding anniversary on the 19th September and we felt let down After paying £2,077 for 3 night in your hotel

location and staff, spa and breakfast. Staff went out of their way to help improve our stay. We were moved to a room more suited to our needs (more modern TV)

TV’s and choice of channels, options etc. All TVs in a 5 star hotel should be geared towards modern living - Netflix, screen casting etc

the price for the Sheraton is now a ridiculous amount . booked a club room to be told on arrival now it doesn’t include the spa! the club lounge food was poor and nothing like it was before.

The location of the hotel was good. The room was lovely with everything you might need but the lighting controls took a bit of getting used to Hotel facilities were good but did not have much opportunity to use them all. Everywhere was spotless.

After a first full day of sightseeing we did not expect to return to our room at approximately 5.30 to find the room had not been serviced. We were rather surprised thinking it was perhaps an oversight. When I enquired about this I was told that they had just not got round to it. The room was cleaned in the next half hour. We found this rather disappointing for a superior hotel The next day the room was serviced by the time of our return.

Everything went well, staff were fantastic, I managed to charge my car and park it on arrival ready for our departure. Booking in and checking out was very pleasant the staff were very helpful and friendly:-) The room was quiet and peaceful, the facilities were first class and the bed was so comfortable, the air con also made the room more comfortable and relaxing. A nice space to be in:-) The breakfast was also first class, we went for the buffet as the choice was wide so didn't need to see the menu. The food was both fresh and tasty, really enjoyed it a great start to the day:-)

Nope couldn't say there was anything we disliked.

staff were amazing breakfast - so much variety something for a everyone robes towels flip flops for the spa aswell as ones for the room castle view room waslovely location was great all communal areas clean daughter was given bag of goodies on the way out also Wich was nice As it’s a bit pricey it was definitely worth it

the short time the children were allowed in the pool maybe some hot chocolate in the room to go with the hot drink selection the room had splashes of drink up the wall Wich hadn’t been cleaned but it’s just a minor thing accidents happen one of the lights was having a moment flashing on and off when we were in bed but i just switched them all on and off few times and it stopped

The bedroom was luxurious and comfortable. the spa was incredible, very high specification, and well worth the extra money.

Our particular room was near some conditioning fans which you could hear from the roof at night. The restaurant service was poor, the a La carte menu was ok however we received the wrong starters, my meal was Luke warm, and when my soup arrived i had to go and find a member of staff to get a spoon. this wasn’t something I expected from BBC a 5 star restaurant. The breakfast service once again was poor however the range of breakfast and the quality of food was fantastic.

Excellent and comfortable hotel, great location with stunning views to the Castle. The Club room was amazing, very spacious and very comfortable, specially the bed, mattress and the pillows. The light system is very good and creates a good atmosphere. The experience at the One SPA was remarkable and unforgettable. The reception staff is very friendly and very helpful too.

The experience at heuer d'oeuvres and breakfast for club members was not great, The staff was or stressed or unprepared to deal with guests. We ordered some things that were missing like knifes and a table and the staff seamed too much laid back or not care. The range of food at the breakfast could be improved for a 5 star hotel like his one.
