Property is in a good location. Rooms are very comfortable

The only downside for us was breakfast, would have preferred a breakfast menu as we didn’t know what was on offer rather than the usual full English. Unless you ask what you get for the full English you are not told, again not everyone likes black pudding. Not everyone wants that every morning and being asked what we would like was a bit tricky. Good choice of cereals. Not much danish pastries. No yoghurts which would have been nice. Overall I think a buffet style breakfast where you can choose what you want would be much more value for money. The lovely lady serving needs to take orders and go straight to kitchen rather than take orders and have a sit down chat with the guests and leave you waiting .

Very clean. Loved staying in this lovely, historic hotel, right on the water. Room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Samantha (?) at reception for her help to us when we arrived. Very good location and close to Museum (well worth the visit), and the Fleetwood Market. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was excellent. We were here for a geneology search and the people of Fleetwood went out of their way to help us. Such a fantastic community. Thanks to all for making our stay so memorable. Would definitely love to visit this hotel and Fleetwood again.

Nothing. Excellent stay that went beyond our expectations. Thanks to all.

We stayed for Bed & Breakfast, the room was lovely even though it was a back room that we booked, The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and the timings were good, we didn't need to get up too early.

Prices have increased since the last time we stayed. This was expected with the current cost of living but if the prices rise much more we will be unable to stay there. A sea view room would have cost an extra £70 which we thought was a bit steep.

We had to have accomodation in Fleetwood as my sister had unexpectedly died. We liked a good deal of this hotel compared to other hotels in the area. The full breakfast was very good and we had plenty of space in the room. Liked the lift, again none in our last hotel in Fleetwood.

We did not like the amount of Emails we received. We had to turn off our phone during the Funeral service / reception in case it went off. I explained before we set off, that we had a funeral and very little spare time to relax or visit entertainment during this stay.

Good location with very adequate parking. Nice friendly staff and building warm. ( Too warm in restaurant). Tram stop to Blackpool just 50m away and lovely views from the front rooms. A bit out of the centre, but walkable if you're reasonably fit.

Pillows quite firm, but housekeeping found us some a bit softer. Two unexpected fire alarm activations...but don't suppose that happens every day! Nothing much not to like really ! No decent choice of eating or drinking nearby....a little bit 'out of town'.

A very good-sized room with extremely comfy beds. Never heard a sound of any other guests. The evening meal was well presented, very tasty and prepared. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was again well presented with plenty of choice of all parts of it. Superb has been used in previous reviews and I would concur with that. Again, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Its location is fantastic with the sea front, bus and tram literally on the doorstep.

It would have been nice to see that the 'steak and kidney pudding' was advertised as shop bought. Although to be fair it was a good one, being full of nice meat.

This property is owned by local people and staffed by local people. Its a traditional hotel with character, evident it has seen recent investment and been renovated. We ate in the bar and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was buffet for your cereals, juice etc. and a wide variety of hot food and you place your order with your server and the full English was piping hot. ideally placed to catch the tram into Blackpool and if you are driving lots to explore nearby. Ample car parking free at the hotel. Catch the ferry to Knott End or shop at Fleetwood market or the free port centre. There is also a gym that is free to residents. There is a beautiful ballroom and restaurant too.

There was nothing we didn’t like

We have known the North Euston as a Fleetwood family for several generations. It’s a perfect location. There are signs of wear and tear in some areas eg. carpets and the ladies toilet downstairs did smell of urine. Could have been fresher. The bar area service and food were good and staff friendly. Clearly building work was ongoing so improvements are in progress.

The downstairs ladies toilets could have been fresher.

Beautiful building, brought back many memories. Bed very comfortable.

A little dated, but steadily being modernised whilst keeping the original charm. Outside areas (rear car park, outside stores) need tidying up, making more hidden so the view from the rear facing bedroom windows is improved.
