Great hosts, Homely atmosphere, Fantastic breakfasts, Extremely comfortable beds, And perfectly located. We stayed in the Boudoir Room Our first night Charlie and Mark had a drink with us in the downstairs bar and told us their story, its great to have hosts that are easy to have a chat with and very informative about things to do locally. Cannot wait to come back and see them again, such an amazing couple going above and beyond to meet guests needs.

I booked a room for my brother for one night. He is vision impaired so this is from his point of view. He thought the room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful letting him know about a local pub. He would stay again if he was visiting Blackpool. I actually sent Delovely a message regarding his vision and they wrote back straightaway to double check if my brother was able to access 2 flight of stairs. I appreciated their thoughtfulness. Thank you, for that.

The bathroom was okay. He thought there were some cup holders there that looked odd, they didn’t seem clean, and felt best not to use them. The breakfast was nice, but felt the portion was small: including 1 sausage and 1 hash brown. His room was facing the road.

The hotel was superb just a small room for me and my luggage next time get a bigger room. Not the hotel's fault. The staff are extremely friendly and you feel more like family than a paying guest. The owners like to come and chat with you to make sure everything is ok and problems are quickly resolved. I am looking forward to my next stay there. The breakfasts are lovely and filling I found I was still full at lunchtime so didn't need any. The breakfasts are cooked to order so fresh every time.

Nothing to be honest

We where very impressed with our room as it was very clean and we loved extra little touches, like toiletries which where supplied and the tea tray… although we did struggle to fill the kettle at first, as we couldn’t fit it under the tap lol The bed was really comfortable as slept like a log, which is unusual in a strange bed. The hotel is ideally situated as it’s within a short walk of the sea front and amenities. The staff where very helpful and advised us of several places to eat at night …. as a result we can highly recommend the Ocean Palace Chinese Restaurant ! As for the breakfast .. well if you leave the table hungry then it’s your own fault as there is a large choice ranging from orange juice, cereals, full English etc all freshly cooked to order. All in all, a lovely experience and would highly recommend.

it was very nicely decorated, staff were lovely and the location was perfect. had a mini fridge which you don’t often see in hotels etc. bed was extremely comfortable with many pillows and there was plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. fresh milk was also provided for the fridge and some cute packets of biscuits.

the shelf behind the headboard was quite dusty and the room was absolutely tiny, me and my friend only stayed for one night so of course we only had small suitcases but there was almost nowhere to put them and walking around the room was hard. also, the toilet was making a constant trickling water sound all night which made it hard to fall asleep.

The staff carried our bag to the room and it was good to see a mini fridge with bottles of water and fresh milk . The room was nicely firnished and relaxing with comfy bed , and really everythig you would expect and more with the staff wearing neat uniform . The two ladies serving the exceptional breakfast were so helpful and attentive nothing too much trouble . Of course we paid a bit more than usual for this but its worh it for what you get , its definitely at a higher standard . The location is great for The flying handbag and many other bars within easy reach.

The owners/staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was nicely decorated, the bed very comfortable, the room was lovely and clean, it is nice that the room had enough space for 2 comfy chairs too. Nice and bright room. I loved that milk was given to you in a glass bottle on arriving, to put in the mini fridge, I so hate those plastic portions of milk with a teaspoon of milk in, which you usually get. Also the ecofriendly kettle discharging 1 cup of hot water at a time. The breakfast was nicely presented and delicious, also hot, which is quite often not the case.

The hotel had a bar, we were informed before leaving to go to the theatre would be open, so we came back to the hotel instead of going to the bars in Blackpool centre but it was closed.

Soon as we arrived we was welcomed, so polite. The room was amazing, comfy just felt like home. We went down to the bar for a drink, we ended up staying the whole night it was that good. Food was amazing, drinks were cheap. If like cocktails I recommend this place. We had a good time karaoke was a good laugh. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. And we will be booking again soon enough.

Good location - close to beach/attractions but still quiet enough for a good sleep. Comfortable room with lots of nice touches - fan (yes, it was warm!), iron and ironing board (didn't need it but nice to have), biscuits and bottled water and milk (not uht). Breakfast had plenty of choices available- continental and cooked and nice dining area. Only had one night, but it was a good one.

It was all fine for us.

The location was great for the North Pier area, a short walk from everything the area has to offer including the station but located at the top of a quiet street a few streets back from the Promenade. The staff were very friendly, very accommodating - we were able to order drinks for arrival in our room fridge which was great. The room itself was perfect for a group of friends - a triple with a double en-suite in one half and a single with en-suite in the other separated by a corridor so you had some separation but felt you were staying together. The beds were very comfortable so much so I asked what make they were. Breakfast was excellent as well, one of the best I've had with vegetarian sausages and the compote was out of this world. I'd have no hesitation to stay here again only wish we'd booked for more than a night. Even managed to find free on-street parking just around the corner.
