Surrey House Hotel

Amazing, Kevin and Julie were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, me and my family really enjoyed our stay at the Surrey House Hotel and meeting their new cat Freddy (Houdini). The cleanliness was 10/10 and the hotel is run to a really high standard. Had no bad experiences what so ever and would highly recommend.

Property was very homely and absolutely spotless. Owners were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are really spacey, warm and clean. Tv, tea and coffee available at all times. There was plenty of choice at breakfast time and also the option of a full English which was plentiful and well presented. We will definitely be staying there again. The hosts Julie and Kev are down to earth friendly people. We had such a laugh and a happy time there. If you want spotless accommodation with a fantastic quality full English breakfast then this is the place for you .

Nothing to dislike about it.

Had a lovely comfortable stay Julie and her husband were very accommodating, very friendly and chatty and made us feel completely welcome, we had a beautiful double room which was warm comfortable and spotlessly clean,the whole place was very homely and very well looked after ,we had a great night's sleep in a very comfortable clean bed,the room also had a very clean bathroom with a shower. Julie cooked us a beautiful breakfast which I highly recommended, nothing was too much trouble, we highly recommend Surrey House and we will definitely be back ,also close to ma kellys showboat only a minutes walk and also close to tram spot Thanks for lovely stay Matt and Tracey

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.

The Surrey House hotel was absolutely lovely the owners are the nicest people I've ever met the room was great clean and well maintained bathroom was spotless breakfast was excellent loads of it and a good choice of drinks cerial and cooked breakfast I didn't find the old cat a problem he's just part of the hotel I would stay there again with no hesitation and recommend it to anyone a nice clean traditional guesthouse with a brilliant landlady

Limited parking that's all

BOTH Julie and kevin were spot on and great to have a chat with could not do enough for you and always asking was everything OK. the breakfast in the morning was brilliant all you could want. nothing was a problem. location is out on north shore for some this may be a draw back but the trams run all day long and the stop is just at the top of the road.

Hotel is spotless, the breakfast was cooked to order and delicious

Mattress was a bit hard for me and I prefer real coffee (not instant) with breakfast but that’s just a personal choice

Super clean, quiet location and room, not too far out, attention to detail, personal service all top class. Ideal if you like a smaller hotel that cares about their clients.
