Tremendous Guesthouse, well presented throughout, immaculately clean. Spacious bedroom with everything you would need, great addition with the separate sofa/tv space (room 8). Our host Andy was very welcoming and on hand if needed. We will definitely be returning for our next trip to Blackpool. Thank you & Good Luck

Location was perfect for us, used the trams to get about Blackpool. Was a perfect wee break and will definitely be back in the future. Hotel was perfect and beautifully decorated. Andy our host was very helpful and friendly. Wish him all the best for the future.

Sefton is a lovely guesthouse throughout, I’ve stayed at many places in Blackpool and I can say from experience this place is on another level. I stayed in room 1 (twin) it is very modern, good size with additional seating and a modern bathroom. Owner Andy is wonderful, very friendly, always available if needed. Unlike a recent vindictive comment I’ve seen, I can read, so I know reserving room only would indicate meals are not included & as I chose to click reserve I was happy with this before arriving! Parking is also free on all the connecting streets so no issue there. Great location just off the sea front in the North Shore area, walking distance to the centre yet nice and quiet at night time. We really enjoyed our stay at this warm, clean, generously-proportioned and attractively-furnished accommodation It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes from a tram stop and just 30 minutes walk from the town centre. The plentiful plug sockets have been upgraded to include USB ports The hosts were efficient and unobtrusive. This great-value bed & breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Problem with plumbing meant showers didn’t work properly. Hopefully new owners can get this sorted before we return in august.

Loved the warm welcoming chat with Mike who made us feel very comfortable and couldn’t have been a better host. Stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4. Our 2 kids loved the room with bunk beds, our side had ample room with double bed storage and hanging space and was very clean and ideal for us. 2 en-suite shower rooms was great too! The breakfast both mornings was lovely and my hubby is very fussy we normally don’t fry as hate grease smell, but the owners cooked it to perfection and we thoroughly enjoyed a rare fry up!! Kids had fresh fruit cereal and toast plenty choice! Didn’t get to meet Jay but told Mike they are doing a grand job and we would highly recommend and look forward to another stay at the Sefton in the future!!

Located in a quieter area of Blackpool, but just a few metres from the beach, this quaint little B&B is full of character. Loved my room, newly refurbished it had everything I needed. Property is very stylish with lots of places to chill, drink tea and coffee, read a book… Mike was very attentive and breakfast was yummy, freshly cooked and perfect. can’t fault our stay.

I booked a room for my parents and daughter, it’s coming up my moms birthday and she was going home the day before her birthday which meant we wouldn’t see her on the day. I rang through to the B&B and asked them to do something nice in the room. Mike was amazing so happy to help and made it so lovely for her. My mom as come away from there really loving the place. She said it was extremely clean not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful rooms, lovely staff and lovely food. She said they couldn’t do enough for them during their stay and really made the weekend for them. My mom as never been a Blackpool or b&b person but she said she can’t wait to come back and will definitely be going back to the sefton. It won’t let me upload a picture but the rooms are really lovely.
