Long black hair in bathroom, had to ask for extra butter when we ordered scones when we arrived. When they did arrive it was the wrong ones and my mum had no cream on her plate. Worst thing was at breakfast my mum and I left the table to get some food. When we came back there was dirty plates piled high on my mums plate and a dirty napkin. The waitress was clearing the table beside us and put the dishes there. I had left my phone on the table so clearly we werent gone. Completely put my mum off finishing her breakfast....extremely unhappy about this!!!

It was a beautiful place to stay singer was very good with wide range of song beautiful voice . Room was of high standard .

Facilities on information website need updated as went to pool for 19.45 to be told closes at 20.00 on system states 21.15 disappointed staff in spa where accommodating needs fixed for future guests. Breakfast disappointing as long cue to be seated even after being asked on arrival what time we estimated we would be there for breakfast. Rushed breakfast as we were not seated until 10.15am as check out being 11am not getting full 24 hrs in hotel check.in 3pm and check out 11 am next day

The breakfast was delicious but we were very unhappy at having to queue twice! First going into the breakfast room and then when we had to get our food. To add to this, many people were not wearing masks.

We were received very well from the moment we arrived the receptionist was outstanding just what you need when your new to a place. Everything else was ok, apart from the price which I understand due to inflation

The pool was not big enough. The steam room was not warm at all the jacuzzi was great once we got to use it but their were some unreasonable group of men who were in the jacuzzi for an hour and won’t come out to give others a chance to use it

Secluded spacious grounds, attentive professional staff and a small, quiet, reserved bar and coach house restaurant. Late night food was consistently high quality and the spa and leisure services though small were well managed. Local scenery is world class, no wonder so much tv and cinema is filmed in the north of Ireland!

Breakfast was underwhelming and very much a golfers retreat if you dont wish to drive and sightsee. Slight issue with limited cocktail list- a classic martini was ordered and received a fruity red drink in a martini glass with foam on top! Was still nice but not for me!

Good choice of breakfast Gluten free bread available Fresh produce Fan in the room was welcome as it was hot. Thankyou.

Room. Would have liked a mattress cover on the mattress. Just for hygiene purposes. Mattress was clean. No iron or iron board but I'm sure I could have asked for one is required.

This wasn't our first stay at Roe Park Resort, so as always we really enjoyed the great buffet breakfast (socially distant), unlimited use of the leisure facilities especially the swimming pool and the tasty evening meal provided by the Coach House Brasserie (Cock and Bull is hard to beat!). The close proximity of one of the Roe Country Park entrances (300 yards from the hotel) is also great additional to the already abundant resources and facilities offered during a stay there.

Considering all that was going on in the world at the time of our stay (I.e. Covid), my wife and I couldn't have had any complaints.

facilities all clean and modern, once you arrived you didn’t have to leave the resort until after check out. food was first class and a wide range of drinks available

Only two issues we had during our stay was the wait in the restaurant but understand that hospitality is under a lot of pressure currently. Secondly we had an issue with wedding guests knocking on our doors, when confronted they turned aggressive and at that point we got the hotel staff involved to remove them. Handled very well

We were especially impressed with all staff. Our meal in the Coach House and breakfast were delicious and waiting staff were most professional and helpful. The seal on room doors was most reassuring as was staff mask wearing, frequent provision of sanitisers, keys in sealed envelope etc.

Nothing! Perhaps bottled water in bedroom-but that's really nit picking!

•Fab staff •amazing location •easy to find •loads of parking •Amazing Spa and pool! can’t say enough about the staff, they seemed like they loved their job and couldn’t do enough for you.

The couch house brassiere needs some work, just not the same standards as the main hotel staff!
