First of all, the design of the room was just amazing. We've never seen anything like it. The furniture, the bed, the colors. The room looks like it was taken out of a design magazine. Debs and Graham were the nicest hosts ever. We let them know last minute we wanted breakfast and they made it happen, even though it was very late in the night before. We had a long talk with them during breakfast and they made us feel like family. They were just incredible. Also: strong Wi-Fi, the bed is super comfortable and the coffee and biscuits in the room was a great addition. We will definitely come back if we're in the area.

Everything about this place just worked for us. The room was stunning, super clean and had all the little touches that make somewhere feel like home from home. So comfortable, great pillows!! Great location, near enough to the centre but far enough out to be a quiet, peaceful stay and with a bus stop really close by too which made accesing the bustle of the city really easy. The hosts we fabulous...they went above and beyond, were really friendly and gave us some great tips of places to go. Cannot beat real milk in a flask instead of those little uht pots...top mark's for that alone!!

Nothing. If we had to be picky, our stay could only have been improved if we could have enjoyed breakfast in the morning, but we understood before booking that it wasnt available at this newly opened property just yet. We will return when it is though!!

Excellent communication, welcoming host, beautiful stylish, clean and comfortable accommodation. Easy parking. 5 minute walk to train directly into Liverpool centre. Really quiet at night.

Shower kept cutting to cold water when using it but don’t know if that was just a water pressure or user error!

Easy check-in process, adapting to our late arrival. Also well prepared with teas and coffee. Good location and parking on the door, what was perfect. Ample bathroom and lot of space in the room

Very convenient for the bus and train in a quiet square. Hosts couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Room was very comfortable and there's a pretty garden to hang out in. Highly recommended!

Place newly renovated. A very comfortable bed. The style of the room was definitely designed for a very nice experience. Both, room and the bathroom were spotless.

Good size room, clean, very comfy bed. Lots of hot water, kettle tea & coffee & fresh milk all made for a lovely stay.
