The Arc Hotel

Everything. Could not fault any part of our stay, we enjoyed it so much we stayed for an extra night. The staff were amazing friendly and very helpful. 24 hour reception, I messaged and asked about having the room set up for my partner as a surprise and they instantly got back to me with offers for this to which I chose a balloon bottle of Prosecco and a cake left for us on arrival. Communication was fast and no misunderstandings. The rooms were clean, lovely big bathroom with beautiful powerful showers, comfy beds. Breakfast was perfect standard full English, cooked beautifully very clean breakfast. Value for money is amazing. For anyone wanting a football themed stay this is the perfect place to be, very very short walk to the stadium. I can’t wait to come back

I can’t fault anything

Trip with my 9 year old son. Booked The Arc because of how close it was to Anfield - we had a tour booked and my son supports LFC. However, I have to say this place exceeded all expectation. The whole place including the rooms has such a high end quality finish. Beds super comfy, lovely shower room etc. Lots of lovely LFC touches all around including the mural outside. My son loved it. Most of all what struck me is that it was absolutely immaculate... so very clean and smelled lovely. Staff also super friendly, kind and helpful. Location also great... a stones throw from the ground but also really close to city centre. A taxi from Liverpool ONE cost me about £7, plus public transport also very easy/close. We will 100% be visiting again! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We travelled to Liverpool for a match and stayed at the Arc Hotel. The location was excellent, Anfield Stadium was literally on the doorstep. The Hotel itself was spotless, our room had all we needed, a lovely ensuite, comfy beds, a safe,Tv, coffee and tea making facilities, even bath robes were provided. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A big thank you to all working at Arc for your kindness and friendliness, especially Becky for that last cup of tea before we left. 😂, will definitely return to stay with you again.

Lovely and helpful staff. Right next door to Anfield, so the location is perfect if you’re here for a game. Bed was comfortable (bit hard, but that works for me.) Our room was tiny but elegant and we had the space we needed for just a single nights stay.

The room was nice and elegant, but could definitely have been more clean. Bathroom walls need a wipe down, same with bin that was dirty with something sticky. Floor was somewhat dusty and had hairs here and there in the corners. A couple of things in the room need repairing, when added up, it just seemed a bit “worn”.

Becky and Jade couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Our flight home was quite late in the evening and Jade offered to go out of her way to give us access to our room until we were ready to leave. Although we didn't take her up on the offer, I felt it was a simple example of how the girls were willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs and it was very much appreciated. Our room was spotless. Rooms are a little on the small side but were perfectly adequate for our needs, with a smart tv, fan, kettle and lovely bright fresh bathroom with an amazing shower! The bed was extremely comfortable and our room was warm and cosy and very peaceful. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious. The hotel is perfectly situated with newsagents, a pub and Anfield Road stadium all within a stone's throw. Regular and frequent bus services to and from the city centre are a mere 3 minute walk, taking somewhere between 15-20 minutes per trip depending on traffic. We'll definitely be returning guests in the near future.

The only thing that might be more of a consideration more than a dislike might be a blind on the bathroom window.

A comfortable boutique hotel - a stones' throw from the Kop (Anfield) - one of the world's most famous football stadiums. The premises are modern and immaculate. Although the hotel is located in a suburb, there's a good bus service into the city centre. The personnel who run the hotel are simply wonderful, the kindest, most thoughful and helpful of any hotel I have ever stayed in.

A couple of points to note. The hotel is probably geared to football supporter. Although spotless, my rather small room had a double bed & a single bed which meant no room for a chair or table. The bathroom had no shaving point or toilet brush....

Planned stay with my son who is Liverpool fc mad, he loved the theme. Room was lovely had everything essential for a one night stay. Staff very welcoming and happy to help. If I go back to Liverpool would definitely plan to stay back here. Good location to the stadium local shops next door. Very happy with our stay.

Maybe a small fridge in room so customers can put milk in for tea or coffee. Great to have kettle cups and spoons but storage for milk would be beneficial other than that I think they are doing a great job at running their busines

I stayed here the night before watching a Liverpool game at Anfield. This hotel is 2 minutes walk to Anfield. Right from entering the hotel you can see this hotel is for the fans, there are signed Liverpool shirts and photographs everywhere, and Klopp/Gerrard quotes all over the walls. The staff are so kind! They helped me with everything I needed. For example, they helped me store my luggage, let me stay in the lobby after the game until I got transportation back to city center. The breakfast is also exceptional, definitely exceeded my expectations. Wi-Fi is also great and fast, 50mb/s.

There aren’t too many facilities in the rooms. No fridge/sofa/microwave/desk.

location and decoration/ambience - if you are going for the football the location and ‘theme’ of interior design is perfect and will get you in the mood (although if you are an away fan then, like me, you might have mixed feelings about sleeping next to a big mural of Steven Gerrard and Jordan Henderson!). Great breakfast, and a nice little bar.

Nothing - it was pretty perfect for the purpose of our stay which was somewhere comfortable and convenient ahead of a 12.30 kick off at the football the next day. But if your visit is for more general sightseeing in Liverpool City Centre this probably isn’t the location for you.

I have to start with the staff. So friendly and will bend over backwards to help you in every way possible. For me that’s always number 1 and they have it all in abundance. Thank you Don also in shop across road who took in our bags when we arrived real early and also recommended cafe. when we got back to get bags he had brought them to hotel already. Liverpool people are the kindest. I also booked this as I wanted to be close to Anfield and it’s literally a 3 minute walk. Special mention to Jade, Becky, Marie and Natalie. These people care and that’s a winner for me.

Small silly thing but long mirror on wall be great for my wife getting ready ha ha. Found room little bit small and cold at times. Look these are tiny things in comparison to all the great things.
