Great Breakfast - There is a small buffet selection of Fruit and Cereal, and a small Cooked breakfast choice. The staff are friendly and get you Tea/Coffee/Toast immediately, with a 15 minute wait for the cooked food. This is reassuring as we know that they only cook to order. All rooms are clean and you are free to come and go as you please. Outside breakfast, you won't see anyone unless you summon them. The WiFi is easy to connect to and good for all applications. There's a small intimate bar that serves drinks with indoor and outdoor seating. There's a supermarket and some shops in walking distance. Plenty of free parking on road, and in their car park. The nights are quiet with no traffic noise or trouble.

Depending on the room you're in, the WiFi can be a little buffered, but still functional. The place runs like clockwork, and there's a rigid 7:30am breakfast start. (that said, I didn't ask for an earlier option, so have no idea if they would accommodate it)

Perfect location for working at Aintree. Warm comfortable clean rooms with solid Wi-Fi and parking. Tea tray in room, plugs near bed, bedside lamp, complimentary toiletries. Shops, restaurants and takeaways in walking distance, ASDA very close. Exactly what I needed.

Would be even better if there was an option to have some form of self serve breakfast (fruit / cereal / toast. etc) earlier than 7:30 as I needed to leave at 7. Full English offered from 7:30 though so I’m sure would be fine for most guests.

Rooms were spotlessly clean as was the hotel throughout, staff were pleasant and accommodating and helpful. Nice bar in the dining room, with a comfortable lounge to relax in off to the side, A good sized cooked breakfast in the morning with cereal fruit juices fresh fruit and yoghurt tea and coffee to keep you going till your cooked breakfast arrives

All I can say is there's nothing not to like at this hotel Vin the owner is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble.

I stayed in this beautiful and clean little hotel for the 2nd time this year already and for sure next time I will stay here again. Very nice, high level standard clean little hotel, amazing and very helpful owner who makes his best to help and support his clients, very nice breakfast, feel like at home. Safe area, close to the train station - 10 min walk, enough food options - local pub, supermarket, fisch and chips store - 10 min walk. Highly recommended, very safe area. Thank you very much.

On arrival, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, The hotel itself is like a Tardis much bigger than it looks from the outside. We had the family room for myself and my daughter and son, there was a double bed and two good sized singles, very comfy beds, the room itself was large with a good sized bathroom, it was spotless, with tea and coffee, hot chocolate, and a nice little touch of a little pack of biscuits,.We came for the Elton John concert, and a day out beforehand in Liverpool, the bus route into the city was only a short walk away. Breakfast was wonderful, we had the full English, although there were other options for a lighter cooked breakfast, it was cooked to perfection, there was also fruit cereals, toast and preserves , a choice of fruit juices, and yougurts included with the breakfast so 10/10 for that, lovley dining room, which also includes the Bar we never got to use that as we had a very busy day and night the night we stayed,. I would definitely come back to The Orell Park hotel again if I ever come to Liverpool again.

Nothing not to like

Booked the hotel close to anfield for the rolling stones gig in June... and normally I "can't get no satisfaction"... 3miles from anfield... perfect location... safe parking as car oark is in a lane which made it great for motorbike security... although if you are taking a bike make sure you have a stand plate... the chuckies are deep. Inside... bar and lounge spotless and well maintained. Rooms spotless big enough and favilities for a few nights stay.... only criticism... in the top floor the water pressure in the sink is a bit weak... not gonna take a fit over that though. Bar prices average 5quid per pint Breakfast .. more than enough to "start me up" well served and presented. I don't want them to put their prices up ... but excellent value for money. If the Orwell park was "only rock n roll"... I liked it liked it yes I did

this hotel was fantastic and the whole process from start to finish was very easy and quickly. The host was very accommodating and nice made sure we were okay everything we need and more was provided. Any thing we asked even if in the midnight, they provided us, I will back to this hotel when I come to my lovely city Liverpool.

Maybe the breakfast if there were more choices like (cheese and more different kinds of jams), but it does not matter because there are many coffee shops in Liverpool.

The hotel actually exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. A nice touch was the bottled water in the room, much needed after a long journey. Breakfast was really nice too. There was parking but all the slots were taken so just parked in the side road so no problem. The staff were friendly and helpful.

As i was in a top floor room, the water pressure was a bit low. That’s just nit picking tbh.

Comfortable basic room, with great shower room... Very much no frills room for 4*.. Great location for our stay, breakfast excelllent Little updating, maintenance could be applied in places Overall comfortable stay in good location with great food, friendly staff and adequate facilities

Would have preferred Bath in bathroom, a a little more comfort and ambience within the room

The Hotel is cosy, the room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was extremly nice, they accepted the very late check in, and if we had to leave earlier then the breakfast time, they made us shandwiches, that we really appreciated. They were super kind in every time. Location is very good, not far from the center, lovely, quiet area.
