Walking distance for shopping
Parking to dtop our baggages was an hassle dince the hotel allong the main road. We've to walk with our luggages about 10 minutes from the nearest parking spot.

The woman on reception was absolutely lovely every time we saw her. She is a credit to the business and was welcoming, helpful and called us twice to check if we needed anything. Apartment was lovely and clean. Was also great to be able to store luggage at reception.
It’s a very noisy area (or maybe just the section we were in) which would have been fine however the window was jammed open and we couldn’t close it to try and reduce the noise. I was travelling with a young child who had trouble sleeping through the noise from the pubs and clubs. We did message about it but no one ever came to look at it. Needed to go to reception for more towels and toilet roll. Also there was no tea towel which would be handy to be able to dry and put always dishes. Just little points to improve :)

Very central location, easy to walk to from Liverpool Lime Street. Good size apartment, open plan Many restaurants and bars in the area, including the Turtle Bay next door Everything I needed by way of kitchenware - small pots, cutlery, dinnerware (including wine glasses, prosecco glasses), only one of some items but was fine for me as a solo traveller. Comfortable bed, decent shower
No microwave, but I'd seen that other reviews before I went so not a problem. Noise from the surrounding night clubs if you're sensitive to it, not really a problem for me as I slept right through!

Warm friendly welcome. Beautiful apartment. Comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Everything I needed in kitchen/living area. Liked it was apart from bedroom upstairs. Fantastic location. My apartment was nice and quiet, I wasn't bothered by anyone. Super happy and would definitely return.
Nothing springs to mind. All apartments are different some contain things that others don't so if anything was or wasn't there I'm used to it and wasn't caught off guard. Purchase soap (no hand soaps for the sinks), but could have put body wash into cups if wanted I guess. Purchased fly spray too (8 bluebottles in flat, but that's just spring/summer and my preference because flies stress the crap out of me). Really no complaints I loved the venue and will return.

Everything was great. The greeting was friendly and welcoming. Eva remembered our names which made us feel special and gave it the personal touch. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the Cavern club and in the centre of the lively nightlife, which some may find too noisy, we found it perfect. The studio was small but well equipped and spotlessly clean. We were delighted to find an iron, ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer and all amenities we could wish for.
We found everything on our stay to be perfect for us however because it was so central, some may find it too noisy.

Location was great as it’s right above nightlife bars and clubs. personally I thought it was cool; sound easily blocked by double windows. a short walk to anywhere so that was cool too.
I didn’t mind it, but can see if you don’t know how to close BOTH windows it could get noisy. However closing both windows gives you quiet, so earlier complainers probably didn’t realized there are TWO layers of windows that block out sound from below.

Best Reception and Housekeeping Team in town. Spacious apartment in the CBD but not too close.
I don’t like the ‘temporary looking’ entrance. It looks down market. Also, despite The Terlon Team’s efforts things are looking a bit tired and shabby in places. Beds are getting tired. Charity shop style crockery and utensils is not good enough and not what I pay for. If I want this there are two other places close by. Terlon sets a higher benchmark than some of the other midens and glorified ‘Doss Houses’ in town. The owners need to invest and not just sweat the assets, otherwise guests like me will go elsewhere.

Location was good. And was clean, I read some of the reviews after booking and we experienced a nice stay :-) and was pleasantly surprised. Receptionist rang me at about 19:45 to check if anything was needed and that we were ok before they left for the evening. Nice touch. Also a follow up call later on in the day to check we were ok. Something we have never had before. Speak as we found it was perfectly fine for the location and price.
To be honest not much. It's a bit noisy if your out the front as it's on the main busy street. Didn't bother us at all as we don't mind background noise. But may annoy some so a back room may suit. But the location more than made up for the noise for us.

My boyfriend and I were welcomed and smiled by the lady on the receptionist. We were on floor 4, the room was lovely and just right! The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, and there was plenty of space to move around. The department was clean and tidy. The oven was easy to use. But we noticed that the fridge door was too close to the oven door and was burning a little it on the fridge door it needs to have some space in between. It was easy to location the department its right in the centre of the town. Loads restaurants, shops, etc, right by the department, and some you have to walk to get to the docks, which takes about 10 mins walk. We will definitely come back again in the future!
It was just a shame there was no microwave and baking trays to bake more food in the oven.

Amazing studio apartments with all the facilities and amenities you could need. Great location, and I can't wait to come back but this time for a personal trip rather than for work.
The check-in process. Apparently an email was sent with the check in code, it was not in my inbox or in my booking.com messages. No one answered the phone, so we were stuck outside for half hour waiting for a resident to leave and open the door. A further 40minutes waiting inside as no one was at the reception or answering the phone, we ended up finding an emergency contact number and after leaving a voicemail message a member of staff came out to help. This information should be on the booking confirmation.
