Brilliant location - just round the corner from Liverpool One and near all the main attractions. When I first saw the location I worried it would be noisy but the room was silent during the night and I slept great. Bed was super comfy and the room had everything you need for a short stay. Staff were super polite as well.

The room was very small. Anyone tall or a couple wanting to share the space would struggle.

As with other locations I've booked with this chain this is very much a crash pad ONLY: budget, airconditioned, windowless, ensuite accommodation in the city centre with 24 hour reception and the floor space of the room mostly taken up with the double bed. If you are booking this expecting more than you will be as disappointed as other correspondents seen here were. It was super easy to find (a hideous 1970's concrete eyesore in this quite beautiful street) and a ten minute walk in any direction to the main train, Mersey ferry, Isle of Man boat terminal & bus station. Receptionist were efficient & friendly.

Excellent location. Multistorey carpark nearby. Rooms are basic but clean, modern and were ideal for us as the price was fantastic and we didn't stay in the rooms for long anyway! Rooms are VERY small. As are the showers. It's not very good if you're on the larger side!. Definitely pay the bit extra for a room with a window, or it would be very claustrophobic! The windows don't open and our aircon wasn't great and only 2 pillows in the double rooms. So if you're looking for a cheap place to stay in the centre of Liverpool, then this is ideal. But if you're looking for a bit of luxury, this is not for you.

The staff were incredible! we were traveling for my partners birthday and they decorated the room with balloons , banners and wrote happy birthday on the mirror. They even put a birthday card in the room which told us they had given us free late check out. Was a lovely surprise and completly unexpected , throughout the stay the staff were very helpful with any questions and always smiling. The room was clean and had aircon which was a must as it was a heatwave when we traveled. Excellent location 5 min walk to liverpool one

Love the location of this hotel and how it had a nice lively atmosphere around us. lots of places for us to sit and have a drink in a great bar close by. There is no hairdryer so pack your own but that’s not an issue. There is also no kettle for us to make our own cup of tea but at reception there is a coffee and tea machine and not badly priced for them. The staff were very helpful when we asked about car parking and wanted extra pillows for our room. I’d advise parking in the Victoria Car park as that is £13 for 24 hours. It was about a 10/15 minute walk to the harbour (everything is walking distance). There is so much to do in Liverpool and would definitely use this hotel again.

The door to the bathroom is see-through and not a full sized door. So for a newly couple we had to get over using the toilet with each other very quickly. The rooms werent the biggest but didn’t need to be it fitted a couple and our stuff in and had a bit of room to walk around.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom looked pretty new. The location was perfect for restaurants and bars.

So what I'm about to say didn't really bother us as we were only staying one night after a night out and I would definitely stay again. But just to provide an honest review, the room was very small - there was just enough room to step sideways around the bed. I had to climb over the bed to get to the other side. We had to get dressed in the small area by the door, as even the bathroom (a glass cube within the bedroom) was too small. .

I regularly use the Easyhotel chain (Manchester one is great!). First time in the Liverpool one. Room was as expected, clean with a very comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Price was excellent and beat the other budget chains in the city by quite some way in the 2 nights I was there.

Strong smell of vomit when I arrived in the reception area, a "mind the wet floor" sign in reception and the lift. Either someone had just thrown up or the mop needed a good clean. These things do happen, but no one seemed to be rushing to put things right. Check in was slow (actual tumbleweeds). I was the only one checking in. If there was a problem, the receptionist should have probably filled the gaps by asking how my day had been etc. Maybe the smell of vomit resulted in her to not being too chatty...

The main thing that stands out about this hotel is the staff are so lovely and accommodating. We have stayed here several times and any issues or queries that arise are appropriately dealt with. The manager let us know that our shower was causing a flood downstairs, so rather than having plumbers in and out of our room all day we were offered a larger room with a late check out which was very much appreciated. Thank you :)

The beds could be more comfortable! The facilities in the room are rather basic but we always have all we need and things like hairdryers can be borrowed from reception.

I stayed on room first floor without window, it was suitable for me cuz I come alone there was a tv a modern toilet and it was really comfortable and suitable for people whose looking for spending a week either for holiday or work. but what made the place unique is the amazing staff whose working there like Ben Philipe and the other girl and guy I forgot their name, they are really helpful, kind, respectful and friendly they are smart as well I even forget my medicine and one of them remind me of it. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. it’s location it’s great which is near the attractions of Liverpool and in the heart of the city centre and everything!!

I don’t like that there is some kind of noise above my room. I don’t know the source of it. but I don’t give that much attention.

I recently stayed at easyhotel in the centre of Liverpool and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to all the major attractions and landmarks. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of the city.

the bed was double and I like king 😁 there were no cups, but the receptionist kindly gave us some :)
