The location is amazing, it is just a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street through the city centre (mainly a pedastrian zone) to reach the hotel. And from the hotel just down the road you are at the Waterfront, so everything is really easy to reach, and also two small supermarkets are close to the hotel. The bus to Anfield has a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The stuff at the hotel was always friendly and helpful. We had a family room, so we had a couch where we could sit and enjoy our tea, and therefore the room was quite big.

The hotel is in a great location with Albert Dock, Liverpool One, and the Cavern Quarter only a couple of minutes walk away. The room was very clean and comfortable and served our needs perfectly. Special mention has to go to the lovely, attentive staff. When finding out it was my son's birthday, we found our room adorned with balloons and banners, and they had left some chocolates for him. He was very excited by all the effort they had made for him, which was above and beyond. First time visiting Liverpool. It's a great city and will definitely come back again, and I will look no further than All Bar One Innkeepers when booking somewhere to stay.

Nothing at all.

Clean, light & spacious room. Flying visit so didn’t use breakfast dining, TV or shower facilities but bathroom was clean and well laid out. We were given an accessible room and although we aren’t wheelchair users or physically disabled the facilities looked good with wet room, sit down shower, handrails in shower and toilet plus assistance cords. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable but on the firm side.

Honestly nothing massive for us, just noted if you were tall you would struggle somewhat as I’m only 5’1” and my feet were not far from the foot of the bed. Partner 5’8” and noticed the same. The only criticism I would have is that the air con stopped working during the night (remotely turned off? As working again the next morning) which meant I woke boiling and had to use a portable fan we brought. Also the view is bins and a littered enclosed area.

Location is brilliant and probably the best thing. Room was clean, towels replaced and bed made, along with fill ups of tea/coffee and milk etc. Cannot fault housekeeping. Reception very pleasant and helpful. Good night's sleep, not noisy, very comfortable. Happy to return.

Breakfast could be improved. Good choice of hot breakfast, Eggs Benedict, poached eggs, vegetarian choices, but The Full Breakfast was rather disappointing, sausage dried out, but bacon was only streaky bacon, 2 very small slices, my preference is back bacon... meat not fat! Mushroom was tasty but very greasy, tomato cold. Just not the best breakfast I've had. No cereals/fruit/yoghurts/cheese.. no cold buffet at all. The only other thing is that it just needs a bit of 'freshening up' . However, I would go again as these are only minor things which you can easily work round, and just personal preference.

The room was really clean and had air conditioning which kept the outside noise out too. The location was ideal, it was very central.

It was pricey for Liverpool. Breakfast wasn't great the first morning, the server brought the wrong order and when I told her she wasn't keen on replacing it, she told me you ordered that, which I didn't! There was no table settings, no condiments etc. We had to wait for these after our food arrived. My eggs weren't cooked and was told that is how the chef cooks them there. So raw eggs! So id skip the breakfast go somewhere else!

Could not have picked a better location! Central to all the places we needed to go. Across the road from the train station, and just a couple of minutes walk from the coach station. The M&S Arena (where we were headed for Eurovision) was just a ten minute walk away. Plus restaurants, bars and shops all nearby as well. Room was perfectly adequate and clean, with a spacious bathroom. No noise problems or anything like that (we were on the third floor). Had a lovely evening meal in the adjacent ALL BAR ONE restaurant, plus breakfast the next morning which was also very nice. The staff that we saw were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I would say is a negative, is that the decor/paint could do with a bit of a refresh and the carpets deep-cleaned. That’s not to say the place was dirty, because it certainly wasn’t. It was just showing the expected wear and tear of use. But… if you just want a nice, clean room with decent bathroom and shower, good food, lovely service and an all-round convenient location, then you’d be mad not to book in here. Highly recommended.

The hotel was in a excellent location in the city centre. The receptionist was welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel was around the corner to the Albert Dock with bars, restaurants, and shops. Also next to this was the maritime museum, Beatles story and the slave museum. The city centre had plenty of nice restaurants The hotel was not far from Lime Street station. The bedroom was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The blackout curtains did there job and did not let the sunlight or street light in. The shower was easy to work and hot. The Aircon was easy to work and kept the room cool. The hotel was quiet. I had a good night sleep. Breakfast I had the egg Benedict which was superb with coriander and nuts. Also the full English which had a huge sausage I have ever seen. I also tried the toffee and banana cheesecake which was lovely from the bar.

location is perfect. 5-10min walk from the shopping centre.Across the road from train station & the waterfront. 5-10mins from Museum of Liverpool & Albert Dock. Walking distance/across the road from pubs- not noisy though! Family room is spacious, bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately because of our plans we don’t get to make the most of the Midday check out time. Staff friendly on check in & departure.

Some areas of the bathroom have been missed when cleaning - mainly behind the door and edges of the shower. Headboard needs a good clean, or is stained, with flecks of something. Is on the right hand side only but stands out, this was given in feedback in November when we stayed in the same room. We had to google how to alter the temperature in the room & switch from cold air con, was cold in the room & there wasn’t an additional plug in heater like we had November. Once sorted got cosy & warm but instructions would’ve been helpful.

-The Internet connection is one of those where (using phone) getting in or not depends on good luck and even the staff can't really help you, if you can't get in. When you "just click the connection and you're in", it's supposed to load a "confirmation-type" page where you must leave some of your contact- and personal information to be able to use the connection. It likely won't. At least fully. I could only get it to load after "cheating on" the hotel's connection with another nearby connection, then forgetting that connection (see your phone's wi-fi settings) and then trying the hotel connection again. Hope this helps you, who struggle with it.

What a great hotel! Clean (and I'd just like to say, this is probably the only hotel I've stayed in where the cleaning staff were completely unobtrusive - no pressure to have left your room by a certain time here) and comfortable room (the air-conditioning in the room was a godsend in the warm weather). Friendly and cheerful reception staff, and handily located for Liverpool's attractions (particularly those at the Albert Dock and Pier Head) and yet quiet enough at night to sleep. Plenty of options at breakfast, too ... although personally I kept opting for the full breakfast, 'cause it was delicious!
