Reception Lady was both professional and very personable, a refreshing change. :) Quiet place, hot water, good WiFi, spacious no riff-raff like S***house Court.

I do not like the 16.00 check in and 10.00 check out at all. Penny-pinching. Also, coffee, tea, sugar and milk should be provided. Penny-pinching, again.

The perfect little stay in a great location… easy to find, short walk from the station. Clean and very modern.

The lack of air conditioning is really something that needs sorted the living room was unbearably hot we found our self in the downstairs bedroom trying to get some air. Could do with another mirror or two as non in bedroom. Also if you can request your room… do not ask for top floor. The seagulls had us up at 4.30am every morning pecking at the windows.

Amazing stay from start to finish , the two lads on reception were just amazing through out our whole stay! the apartment's were perfect for our party size of 10 and the room were clean , a bit loud at night but we didnt mind as the location of all the pubs and clubs were just on our door step , would 100 percent return could fault them.

we had no one to come and do a quick apartment clean so no fresh towels for the whole 4 days we were there had to go down to reception a few times to get some toilet rolls would have been nice for house keeping to do a quick freshen up of the bathrooms for amenities

Location. Apartment size. WiFi. Hot water. Professional and personable ‘Virtual’ Reception lady. Dale Street is undergoing some procedural changes. I’m sure things will bed-in soon. Housekeeping team are very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Nice large modern apartment. Staff at check in very friendly. Comfortable beds for a short stay. Good shower facilities. Not too noisy over night, could hear some music from clubs & people entering their rooms but not bad enough to keep you awake. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends.

Only 2 mirrors in the apartment which was a struggle between 6 girls as well as only 2 toilet rolls for a 3 night stay so could have done with more. Ironing board was broken so couldn’t be used. There’s only 1 door key which again between 6 is a nuisance, could have done with at least 2.

The apartment is very spacious for 4-6 people, with an ensuite making life a little easier getting up and out on checkout. A longer stay would be perfect with all the facilities. Location is also great, right in town.

Communication, due to booking a year in advance, sent us to an old location for check in. The concierge the morning we left was not the most hospitable, sat there more concerned with finishing their breakfast. Also, checkout of 10am feels a little early.

location is perfect for a city stay. spacious and clean.

the website says you can leave bags early before check in. when we arrived 2 hours before checkin, we were at the door for 20mins trying to ring to drop out bags but no one on reception. it was only someone was leaving we were able to go in and drop our bags. if this didn’t happen we would of have to drag our bags to a football game.

Really spacious apartment spread over 2 stories. Had basics fairy liquid etc available. Showers really good. Good location

Liked everything. Other people’s reviews prior to booking a bit of a worry re cleanliness- risked it and I can say there was no issue with this for us. Good cleaning standard to be fair. Parking bit tite if you have a big car, but if you can drive the car you own it’s no problem

exceptionally clean, apart from the oven, there was some fat collected at the bottom of oven from previous visitors. apart from that it was immaculate. comfy beds, warm, very spacious great access to city centre a short walk . met the cleaners they were lovely girls!

excessive overnight noise. Probably contributed to it being one of the main routes to city centre. busy bus route.. regular pick ups and night buses. a number of homes less people gathered near property in the night, all these factors contributed to a lot of noise which made it difficult to sleep. the only negative.

The very big almost floor to ceiling glass wall in the living room. We like seeing the sky and the sunset. Big space for 5 of us and a dog. Good wifi, pets were allowed. Good location being close to everything. We didn't have to use the bus as everything is walking distance. We'll maintained and secured penthouse. Very quiet despite being close to everything. We all loved it.

Nothing. But if i may suggest, Maybe just to add a frying pan and basic essentials for cooking like oil, pepper, salt and also some cleaning stuff like dish soap and cloth.
