Brocco On The Park Boutique Hotel

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and it had everything one could ask for from such a hotel. In addition, the staff was very nice, polite, and helpful, and their hospitality was as it should be. A traditional and warm hospitality that is difficult to find nowadays, even in 5 star hotels. As an extra, every day, the team left a different home made cake in the room and all of them were very fresh and tasty. The restaurant on the ground floor had very nice food and a fun vibe. Overall, an excellent stay and I would highly recommend Brocco on the Park.

The only thing that could perhaps be better is if the room had an actual wardrobe with doors.

Never stayed at a hotel that was so hospitable. Hotel staff constantly took care of us and anything we needed. They really treated us like family and brought us homemade pastries every morning that just made our day. We really appreciated our fridge was stocked with water and milk every day. The restaurant's food is amazing and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The rooms on the top floor were perfect for our stay and had beautiful views of Sheffield. The staff was so helpful at helping me get around town and give me ideas on kid friendly activities around town. Love the location of the hotel as well. You're in walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and Endcliffe Park as well as the downtown boutique shops. Matthew recommended us to visit Graves Animal Park and that was only a 15 minute drive and perfect place for children.

Our A/C wasn't blowing full pressure and the staff had already ordered the part and was waiting to receive it. So really nothing that wasn't being corrected. Thankfully the fan that we had in our room helped out a lot.

The room was extremely stylish and than bigger than we had expected, as well as being extremely clean. The blueberry cake in our room was a lovely extra touch and went down extremely well with an afternoon cuppa. The complimentary Prosecco was a real unexpected treat too. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding and extremely good value for money. We can’t recommend Brocco on the Park enough and hope to return soon.

Third stay at this lovely, boutique hotel in Sheffield. Never disappoints. Room, as always, immaculate. Stylish. Lovely design touches. Comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom & toiletries. Home made cake in the room. Air con. Great location. My go to hotel in Sheffield.

Only downside is the parking - only 3 spaces & 1 disabled. Luckily I have always got a space, but would be a hassle if we didn’t manage it. Steep streets to the side to try & park & very busy.

As ever the place is really friendly and clean the rooms are really good the little touches like the cake in the room when you arrive are fantastic. Although next to the main road the rooms are quiet and relaxing and having easy access to the park next door for a walk is great. You are right next to the nightlife of Eccy road if this is your thing.

On this occasion when it came to checking out there was no one on the desk and despite the staff in the restaurant acknowledging I was waiting I still had to wander through the restaurant and directly ask the staff after 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. I have stayed here a few times and found this not the usual high standard.

This place is a complete gem. Every room is different with little touches such as home made cake. The staff are among the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I even got specially made vegan cookies on my second night when I asked for plant based milk. The breakfast is actually to die for. Just can’t say enough about how fabulous this place is.

The hot water was off. That was a bit of a pain but didn’t spoil my stay

Room was comfortable and clean. Nice touch like tea making facilities with fresh pastries and fresh milk on arrival. Room and bathroom were modern and were nicely decorated.

The road outside was quite noisy which was fine if you had the window closed. Also, would have been nice if the towel rails had been on to dry the towels. The staff were helpful on arrival but no mention of if we wanted to book for breakfast the next day - which was a missed opportunity as in the end we bought breakfast from a supermarket to have in our room instead.

location was good ,lots of places to eat locally ,park close by and the Peak District when the weathers good , which it wasn't when we stayed unfortunately

a couple of negatives were we couldn't get normal channels on the tv the signal was intermittent for some reason so settled for Netflix . despite the night porter telling us there wasn't an issue with the wifi of the three rooms we occupied , none of us could get a decent wifi signal, not too much of an issue for a one night stay but would be if you were travelling and needed it for work purposes

A very nice boutique hotel, good welcome, easy check in and very good staff. Lovely well equipped and comfortable room, great bathroom, all spotlessly clean. Good food, small plate-tapas style. Lots of good considerations, GF well dealt with, nice touches in room each day (thank you) and obvious care and thought into everything.

The only negative was Parking, small car park next to the Hotel was full, more parking up the road a short stroll away available or on road parking. We managed. This is an urban hotel so built up area.

Beautiful cool airy room with long windows that opened.( Unusual these days!) Really enjoyed the deep copper bath in the room with lashings of hot water. It was very welcoming to open the door to the waft of classical music. The bed and pillows were deliciously comfortable and loved having a little sofa too.

Nothing really, but if I was being fussy it was very noisy from the traffic roundabout below if you had the window open, however the climate control in the room was so good you didn't need fresh air. Disappointed we couldn't have supper there on the Sunday evening.
