Breakfast was a little too basic for me as I don't eat bread or cereal but I found something

The showerhead in the bathroom is fixed to the wall and though I didn't want to wash my hair, I had no choice in the matter!

Really nice hotel. Comfy room. Unfortunately when I stayed the restaurant was closed, but the love reception person advised me about a pub down the road. However there was an excellent Indian restaurant as well which I highly recommend! There was no WiFi or I couldn’t connect but it was of little interest for me. Breakfast was of a very high standard. It was a really nice hotel in a good location. I will stay again

To be really picky, I did not see anywhere that the chef had Tuesday night off and the interweb wasn’t working, but on a positive I got to walk into town, have a cracking curry and visited the local pub, so no big problem.

We came here in May of this year and loved the location. The apartment is ideal for us. Because we work so hard this apartment is like a little home from home. Some where we can get to quickly and rejuvenate. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The apartment has a little kitchen which is great however, there's no table to eat at, so you end up struggling with a dinner plate on your knees. There's enough room for a small table and a couple of chairs. If not a couple of folding tv tables would be ideal. Also, needs tea towels and dishcloths.

Friendly and very helpful staff. As breakfast is ordered the day before, it was served quickly soon after we arrived at the eating area, which was spacious and bright. The whole place was clean and in good order. Highly recommend.

There was just one point which was disturbing. There are emergency lights in the rooms. They have a little green bulb inside, which is permanently on. That little light make the room bright once the main light is off, not ideal to have a good rest. Would be better if that was not in the sleeping quarters. The one in the reception area is not a problem.

This property was in a great location. We enjoyed the 25-30 minute walk into town. Parking was also included so that was great. The room was really spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel isn’t huge but we liked that. Had a lovely little breakfast/bar area. We had breakfast on the morning of departure which was good, just had to order it the night before.

The room was very warm even with the window open, the weather was quite hot. Maybe they could invest in some air con units some time in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here ! First we stayed here for one night and were meant to stay for a second night however due to unforseen circumstances we were offered to move to a different hotel in Warwick, although this wasn't the best scenario for us as it wasn't on our route and had no interest in visiting anything in warick it would have been a bit of an inconvenience so we politely refused. We ended up coming to a wonderful arrangement with the manager Emma who was helpful at every moment I cannot thank her enough for her advice, help and her initiative to make our stay absolutely perfect regardless of the problem. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I would 100% recommend this hotel as the staff were great we were made to feel comfortable as soon as we arrived The location at the hotel is convenient as its a direct straight line to the town, its around 20-25minute walk to town or you are able to take a bus at the bus stop across the road, if however you wanted to stay nearer to the hotel and relax there's a wonderful pub just outside and a large SPAR offering all you'd need for a cosy night in The parking is also clear and easy large enough to not have any issues. So if you're wondering where to stay in Stratford this is a perfect place and I'm sure I'll be back again.

We would have liked the option of a cooked breakfast as well however the selection on the continental breakfast was great so we didn't mind so much

A smiley receptionist greeted us. Pretty room overlooking garden with Geraniums in window boxes on wall. Well cooked breakfast exactly on time, (in pleasant dining room.) Privacy and quiet in bedroom. Fairly close to town but a little far to walk. Perfect for visit to the Swan Theatre

Good idea to have automatic light on and off in ensuite but maybe a bit too intensely bright if needing to use at night time. Road noise a little much in the afternoon with window open. Fine when closed.

Spacious clean rooms. Attention to detail and a little fridge that proved to be very handy. The young lady that greeted us was so polite and very chatty, that made us feel very welcome from the beginning. The bathroom was large with a lovely power shower. The bed was huge and so comfy 😌 we slept so well. The surroundings were so peaceful. Perfect family run business that will definitely do very well. We wish you all well and would love to stay again ❤

The only downfall would be breakfast. We felt a cooked breakfast would have been a perfect end to our stay! X

Absolutely!The room was immaculate and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

While the location of the hotel was convenient, we did have some issues with noise from the nearby street. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made for a less than ideal experience. Overall, however, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff and clean accommodations.

We didn't have the breakfast as there was no "full English" option. The hotel was easuly accessible by foot to Stratford. The hotel was very clean and tidy and staff were very helpful and accommodating. The shower was hot and powerful which was pleasing. The only downside for us was my husband found the bed uncomfortable andI found the pillows too firm and too high, perhaps rather than 2 each of these then 1 of these plus a flatter, soft option as a second pillow would bea good option.
