Staff were lovely and friendly it was well centralised

The events room is directly below the bedrooms so you couldn't sleep until the event had finished. Rooms were very expensive for what they were. We stayed as a family group booking several rooms and out of the 6 rooms that we booked only 2 of us were happy with the rooms.

Since my last stay, hotel reception / bar / restaurant area has been renovated / refreshed and so is rather more oen and welcoming. And the bedroom was well equipped and comfortable for my very short stay.

Parking continues to be a problem for guests although, as I knew about this from previous visits, I made sure to arrive early in the hopes of grabbing a space at the rear of the hotel. Other gripe ; standard of coffee at the meeting I attended in the evening and at breakfast the following morning was appalling - best described as dirty dish water. After all the money that has been spent refreshing the infrasturcture, surely there was enough left over for a decent coffee machine, a good supply of decent beans and a competent barista?

Clean and geared up for business use during the week. Coffee and tea provided in the room. Buffet breakfast served Wednesday and Thursday with waitress service on Friday. Food fairly good and standard. Decor updated and loved the wonky floors.

No storage space in the room like drawers or cupboards. It was really a single room with double divans and hanging space. We had booked a budget room. The shower was quite old and small - the controls were very stiff and water came out as a spray. The shower tray was slightly blocked and water took time to go down the plug hole. All clean.

Everything & everyone! The Warwick Arms comes top of my list as being one of the most friendliest and professional hotels I have ever had the pleasure of stayed in; faultless. Guy & Tracey, you have captured the niche of fine hospitality at its best and potential guests looking for that special place to stay when visiting Warwick should look no further. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, your staff, and especially Ethan who went that extra mile effortlessly to make us feel welcome should also be mentioned. Thank you!

Waste of a question really. There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

Amazing location, literally a stones throw from the castle entrance. We stayed in room 5 which is a family room and suited us perfect for our 6 & 2 year old with wooden bunk beds and a full sized bath. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice for even the fussiest of toddler. Already planning our return 👍🏼

Car park is very small for the size of hotel. We was very lucky and managed to get the last spot but our friends not so lucky and had the stress of juggling parking restrictions around the hotel until they could get the car in a local long stay car park.

the location to Warwick Castle was fantastic for as we visited twice in a day. The price was also brilliant again for where you are. we was able to get in the car park which was great and saved us time and money. The staff was very friendly upon our arrival and thought out our stay. our room was very nicely decorated.

our room was very cold on arrival, we did have a extra heater in there to try and help with this but l think the room was to big for this but it was much better when the heater came on later in the evening. There could of been more hot breakfast choice available.

The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and they seemed to enjoy working in the hotel. The room was very warm and the beds comfortable. The water was nice and hot for a shower. Service in the restaurant and bar was excellent. We would definitely like to re-book at this hotel if coming to Warwick again.

There was no towel rail in the room so nowhere to hang towels after shower. The different billing systems operating did not seem very well connected. Choice at breakfast was rather limited; there was very little fruit, for example, or choice of bread. However, we realise times are hard and understandably the hotel will want to avoid waste.

The location was amazing, room was adequate and appreciate that's its an old building so wonky floors were fun 😁 staff were very helpful and polite, hotel was so clean can't fault it for cleanliness

I told staff that my daughter was vegetarian on arrival and they said she would be offered a veggie option for breakfast but wasnt, there was still other choices for her so it's fine, she's not one of those veggies that make a fuss, and I think parking is essential considering it's a town centre location, luckily a staff member moved her car for me but not sure what I'd have done if not

Amazing location right in the city centre. The staff / cleaners are amazing and so friendly towards you . The full English was delicious and breakfast menu had lots of choices to pick from . The rooms are very clean and the cleaners do a smashing job to keep the rooms clean all the times :)

I was in room 8 and the only downside with the room there wasn’t any plug sockets on either side of the bed, there wasn’t any drawers to put your clothes away either. The shower was rubbish as it wasn’t a powerful shower

Literally 5 minutes walk to the castle. The room was great, clean and well decorated. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The extra evening meal wasn’t as good as we hoped for. Both had sea bass which although cooked well was under seasoned and had nothing with it like lemon or lime to give it some taste. They had run out of herb potatoes at 5.45pm and the spring onion mash was a little underwhelming.
