Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were really helpful and accommodated the birthday upgrade. A cake, balloons and greetings card were all inside the room upon arrival. The room was really comfy and spacious, the bathroom / shower area is designed well and the tv is huge! The hotel staff managed to allocate us a room that looked directly over the start line. For anybody stopping here, I would 100% recommend a balcony room. The view is incredible.

The rooftop bar / restaurant are only open limited hours of the day. Visited the restaurant for breakfast and all tables / chairs located outside were unusable. For those staying in a non balcony room, this may limit outdoor view access to view the racetrack.

Hotel was lovely, clean everything you would expect. Parking was ok as they were doing the car park up so hopefully next time be a better surface. There was enough space though. Room and hotel was clean. We all loved watching the track action from the bar outside. My kids loved it. Finished a bit early though.

I think that the breakfast situation should be addressed. As we were at an event at silverstone. I think they should do an early breakfast or do a take away breakfast maybe. As I know proberly half of the guests staying the night we stayed were leaving at 6.30am and breakfast didn't start till 7. We would of loved breakfast but just didn't have time. Would of made our stay so much better. Also the food at the bar at night should have more variety as we had pizza and chips and that was the only thing on the menu for us as a family. Which I didn't think was very good. Also maybe extra coffee in the room and milk, also maybe a bottle of water in the fridge.

Location is AMAZING (obviously) - especially as if you book a balcony room, you can see the cars going around the track on experience days/ sessions. Room was gorgeous - very clean, modern and spacious. Would definitely return. Breakfast was really good, all very hot and replenished well. Good selection of hot food/juices/pastries/coffee and tea.

There was a dirty plate outside of our room which was there from when we got there all the way up until that evening. The room had been cleaned but a dirty plate couldn't be removed? Unhygienic and annoying when we paid £302.00 for one night in one of the ''best available rooms''. Could do with more tea bags, sugar and milk in the room. We already asked for more once and didn't really want to ask a second time. Some bottled water in the room/ fridge would be nice given the price of the room.

Stunning rooms and a great size. Everything you could possibly need in the room including iron & board, hairdryer, room service including laundry service, huge smart TV with great selection of channels including some Sky channels. The walk in shower was dreamy and had the choice of either a standard or waterfall shower. Toiletries all provided, as well as towels and flannels. Tea/coffee station and complimentary biscuits was a nice touch. The room had a fridge which we enjoy when we stay in hotels, kept our drinks lovely and cold once we figured out how to adjust the temperature! Our room was track facing which we paid extra for but was definitely worth it especially if you’re racing fans like us, getting to see & hear the supercars go past was great. We’d booked a meal in the Box bar which was stunning, such a great setting and atmosphere. Haven’t enjoyed a hotel stay as much as this one in a very long time!

No faults with this hotel at all. Amazing value for money, already looking forward to my next visit!

Situated on the pit straight of Silverstone. Room layout was different from what we're used to but worked well for us, very modern and well kept. Quality of facilities was better than expected and you did get a lot included within your room, sockets everywhere, great lighting, fab washes/shampoos, and a really good hairdryer! The quality of the on-site restaurant was superb. We had an evening meal and breakfast and we really enjoyed it. Staff we're extremely helpful.

We were there during the GB3 practice session, and after looking at the days around the visit, we definitely paid a premium for this. Pillows weren't the best, so we took a while to get comfortable enough to sleep, but it wasn't enough to spoil our stay. Car park is rough, but there are signs around the venue about plans to give it a better surface.

Breakfast was very good, food through the day also very good. Service staff very friendly and helpful - service with a smile all too rare these days. Proximity to the track is terrific and when the bridge is open it's even better. Very comfortable room

Bridge was closed on the second day which was disappointing. The hotel blurb seemed to suggest that easy access could be achieved across the bridge but it seems this is only on particular days which wasn't clear to us beforehand - not a big problem just would have been an added pleasure to be able to cross into the facility by this means

The room was actually very comfortable with a lovely balcony over-looking Silverstone race track. Bed was comfy and the room had an interesting layout. The staff were all very pleasant and we had an excellent breakfast. Unlike many hotels there is a little shop in the lobby with access to a few goodies, should you be so inclined and there's a fridge in the room to store water and some choccy's....if you like them cold!

It's a difficult hotel to find tucked away behind the race track with really poor signage. Forget using a Sat Nav or you'll be driving around Towcester for ages. The car park is terrible - rubble and stone and not that near the hotel, which looks pretty grim from the outside. To enter you have to squeeze behind a makeshift glass queue barrier that blocks the entrance. In fairness it does get a lot better once you're inside.

Everything was amazing! The hotel and room exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly on arrival. I'd arranged the birthday package for my husband in the room which included balloons, a card and cake for only £15. The king room track facing balcony was unbelievable!! Right on the start grid! Lots of car action to see too. Great meal in the restaurant with friendly and attentive service. Breakfast was great with a really good selection. We had a single seater driving experience at Stowe circuit the next day which was just a walk over the bridge on the 4th floor. Highly recommended the hotel and track facing balcony!

We were disappointed the rooftop bar wasn't open until the end of June and didn't know this before.

The Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone was absolutely fantastic. It was clean, decorated very well and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. There are lots of nice areas to sit and relax and watch the track. We stayed in the track racing suite with a huge balcony and watching the cars fly around the track was wonderful. The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable too and it had two large tvs which included sky sports which was nice to watch F1 on, as well as the huge screens in the lounge area showing the event too. We ate at the hotel and the food was great too, don't have one complaint. The food was delicious, prepared in a visible kitchen and came out nice and quickly. The staff here were also very nice and helpful. The bar was lovely, very clean and modern. The staff looked very smart and service was fantastic. The mega store was a great visit for an F1 fan, loads of options and again friendly staff and a nice spacious layout.

The water was turned off half way through the stay and had to phone down to get it re-instated Half a dozen piercing Fire alarm tests when trying to sleep in the daytime with no warning Booking through booking . com gave no opportunity to check in online Metal mesh round luggage area prone to making an alarming crashing noise at the slightest touch. Shower ferrule fell off. Rediculous design uncomfortable chair taking up half the space in the room, frosted glass toilet door - debatable !
