Great location - within 10 minutes walk to the centre & surrounding areas. Staff were great, let us check in early when we arrived at 1pm & upgraded us to a room with a window - as we had booked without, unsure why maybe because it was a hot day & they had the availability to do so. Then checking out the next day at 10am, Robert allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel for free if we completed a short survey online (normal price for bag storage is £5). Room was small but didn’t really need any bigger, it had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. The shower was amazing, such a good size & perfect temp & fall of water. Staff were overall very helpful.

There was only 1 big towel on the bed when we arrived & then 1 small hand towel in the bathroom. We went to ask for another big as we both wanted to shower & then another small as we wanted one to dry our hands & the other to put on the floor after having a shower. Even though our room had a window, it didn’t actually open, so luckily we had air con as it was a hot day / night. The bed only came with a duvet, a sheet as well would have been ideal as it was hot in the room especially at night.

Excellent location, only a twenty minute walk from the station, Staff were very polite and efficient when I arrived, guiding me to my room Both Harsh & Celine provided excellent customer service. I've stayed here a few times previously so knew what to expect. The hotel is a functional no thrills establishment, but is clean and well maintained.

The only downside was an electrical fault which created a power failure, there was no emergency lighting in the room I was staying in,. Power was out for around an hour and a quarter. Good job I had brought a torch as this was the only light in a pitch black room, finding my way around to where I'd hung my cost was difficult. Maybe if I'd opened the blackout curtains I may have got some light.

It was in a fantastic location easy to find, and the staff where great. Teoni couldn’t do enough to help us.

The rooms are quite minimalistic, apart from the huge pillar in the middle of the room, which I guess can’t be helped, but there’s no desk, no shelves, no wardrobe, and no bedside table! So storage is a bit of an issue! Also the bathroom door is glass, and semi transparent, with no lock, and because of the layout the toilet is technically about one foot from the bed, so make sure your 100% comfortable with your partner before staying!

Excellent customer service from Harsh, Raj and Rob at the reception. The hospitality cleaning crew are doing n exceptional job keeping the modest but comfortable room welcoming and clean & tidy. This little hotel has everything I needed for a 2 night business trip, working long hours so the flexibility of the staff was much appreciated! You'll find a huge shopping centre and good restaurants just minutes walk away. Warmly recommended!

Honesly can’t fault theomi she is amaiZng also did not pay for a room with a window got one honestly did not expect it! the location was really good park purple lines very cheap to park and walking distance to mk Center and McDonald’s haha.

the one fault there is like no extra storage areas in room to put things like laptops etc but other then that can’t fault it we did also pay for late check out but at 10:30 we had a lady bang on our door to say you check out now untill I showed her my card she walked away she let it down tbh but hotel is faultless I will stay there again

I had to visit Milton Keynes as I was participating at a dance festival so I booked the Easy Hotel. I was trying to find it using Google maps, as I walked from the train station to it and I could not locate it…I gave a call to the reception and Jadie, the receptionist went out of the place holding the phone trying to find me! What a welcome, she literally walked the extra mile! Then as I had to swap rooms due to a small issue with the shower, I forgot a pair of flip flops in the first room. The other receptionist on duty, Kwe, went out of her way to go and look for them in the lost and found as she could not locate the cleaner! Both ladies were amazing and showed that nothing was too much trouble for them, so helpful! Sometimes staying at a low budget hotel does not mean that also the service standards will be low…thank you ladies!

I wish there was a kettle, or an iron in the room.

The price is great, a central location for the price I got a couple of days before Christmas was incredible. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. They gave us a pass each for the door and the check in was much simpler than they said it would be.

We only had one bath towel between the two of us, which came as a surprise, however at least it was large enough that we were able to share. There's not much space for storage, but we had hard cases and were only staying overnight for a party we'd been invited to.

I liked the Staff, in the Hotel, very professional, very Kind, helpful, and very welcoming, It's one of the places to visit again in the future, Many Kind Regards.

Everything was super except the rooms are very tinny, but value for money, The staff was very kind and helpful, Theoni, super staff, top of all staff, She's very welcoming and respectful toward customers and I even stayed back to see her attitude toward other customers it was super, Regards

Every member of Staff we encountered in the hotel were all very friendly and helpfull and the room was quiet at night which was surprising as we were told it was busy during our stay. The room was more spacious than we’d expected. Also the hotel is a very short walk from a huge shopping centre filled with shops, cafes and restaurants which was very convenient for us, it was also close to transport links.

Less of a complaint and more of a suggestion, The room could use a chair or stool, I appreciate the rooms are basic but putting on a removing shoes on the bed was impractical aswell as somewhere for my partner to sit to put on makeup. The Premier Hub we stayed in was a smaller room but had a chair.

The hotel was good value and is a budget hotel. We knew what we were getting and for a budget hotel the staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and go beyond. The room is basic with just a bed, TV and bathroom with shower. Was comfortable for a night.

We knew the room would be small, but it has a massive 4ft round pol through the middle really limiting the space. Also as you don't have any drinking facilities in the room the hotel sells bottles of water. But the hotel ran out, as did the vending machine and coffee machine with no shops around to get any either. We resorted to drinking water from the bathroom tap with our hands in the middle of the night when we had dry throats from the AC. They knew the hotel was fully booked (event locally) and a bit more planning should have been done there.
