Hotel La Tour

We were really pleased with the room and ensuite. The bed was very comfortable and the room was equipped with hairdryer, ironing board/iron, coffee machine with pods. The lift was extremely fast & we loved the one with view. The restaurant had lovely views. Breakfast was lovely and a huge choice of what you could have. We booked for an evening meal - try book before you arrive if possible. We booked for tea after breakfast and only could get a table at 8.30pm. The food was amazing. We had bread to share to start with, followed by steak for my husband and the burger for myself. These were lovely. For puddings we had Black Forest and raspberry cheesecake, both again delicious. The staff were very attentive making sure we weren’t rushed and kept us topped up with our bottle of champagne. The location was fantastic, just beside the shopping centre. The multi-storey car park was easy to park in. We didn’t move the car over the 2 days and with the discounted price it was only £11 (Friday 7.30pm ish to Sunday 10am ish). Overall we were very impressed with our stay and will be back again soon.

The service was so good we got breakfast for one morning and it was amazing i was shocked at the range of food they had for breakfast the only thing I regretted was leaving and not staying longer

The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking however we did get enough pillows to be able to roll one. We didn’t get any robes or toothpaste included but we were able to just grab some from the shops as luckily we had a whole shopping centre near us. The tv was not smart so we couldn’t Watch anything apart from tv channels there is an option for screen sharing which unfortunately only works with android phones

first time had to pay deposit on top of room price which was refunded after stay but seemed strange. you don’t get told this till you arrive and I’ve never had to do that anywhere I’ve stayed before.

The most comfortable bed we have ever stayed in. Gorgeous views, lovely rooms, wonderful staff. We had a very minor fault in our room which didn't bother us in the slightest. We reported to them to let them know and they were so grateful they gave us free breakfast on our last night! Superb service. Skybar is stunning so we expected there to be high prices, but it was actually very reasonably priced! Lifts are super quick. Check in and out was very good and they even had a left luggage area till we checked in..

Literally only I can think of is maybe 1 extra light in the room would have been nice, but that is literally super nit picky!

Hotel is located with minutes of midsummer bouleverd shopping centre,good space in our room, queen size bed very comfortable,walk in shower very clean.Excellent variety of hot and cold breakfast. Bar had a good list of drinks and cocktails however could improve on desert list.The restaurant and bar are located on the 14th floor and has exceptional views

The first night was very disappointing. There was a very loud noise from an event in Campbell Park. I called reception and was very disappointed with their response as they offered ne no support. Bearing in mind I had driven 5 hours to get to the hotel and had a conference the following day. I was expecting to sleep and get full rest but had to wait for the noise to die down. Because of this my whole stay was spoilt.This is reflected in my comfort rating.

Modern hotel in a great location within MK centre. Polite, informative staff. Comfortable, clean, good size room. Includes air con, a safe, iron and board and a decent hairdryer. Bed, linen and pillows are super-comfy. Great view of the park from our high floor room. The ‘Fourteen’ (14th floor) restaurant and bar has fantastic views whilst enjoying a good selection of buffet food for breakfast. Parking is just 2 minutes away on the John Lewis multi storey car park, with a generous discount from the hotel.

The mattress topper under the bottom sheet wasn’t very clean. A mini fridge would have been appreciated for cooling drinks and storing milk for a cuppa. It was no trouble though for Housekeeping to top us up with the long life sachets of milk regularly.

The hotel is stylish and right by the lovely Campbell Park. I had booked this hotel as a weekend treat for my partner who celebrated his birthday. We had a room with a beautiful view of the park. The hotel was plush, clean, modern and very centrally placed in Milton Keynes. Breakfast at the gorgeous Fourteen restaurant was well worth it. There was substantial choice of buffet foods with a view! I had booked dinner with them too on one of the evenings we had there and the service was impeccable. Staff was plentiful and friendly.

Nothing! But if I were to be picky I would have preferred for the TV in the room on the wall to be higher up so that viewing would be more comfortable. But that is just a personal preference.

the fact that it was easy to access and the facilities were great...the rooftop bar and restaurant were excellent

what i did not like was the very snobbish way the restaurant manager totally ignored me ....i think this was because as a man with very long hair ....which i had down, he probably did not like my image....but as soon as i sat down on a bar chair and other members of the public came in he was more than enthusiastic to welcome them....double standards.....how do you know who i am??? i could be a millionaire for all he knew....don't ever judge a book by its cover....just saying....that was the only bad experience i had of the hotel....the rest was great....and this comes from a world travelled person who has stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world....just saying

Located at the top of MK opposite Campbell Park with great views, and directly next to the shopping centre. A great base for exploring, with cheap parking either in Centre:MK or further to the right on the other side of the road is pink parking at 50p an hour (watch out for resident only bays though) - walk under the underpass, cross the vehicle entrance to the shopping centre and you're there! Very clean and tidy hotel, friendly staff and rooms are well thought out and comfortable bed. Didn't visit the restaurant but was told by friends that it's very good.

A very small thing, but the channel select on the TV was quite poor - I had about 2 hours to kill whilst waiting for friends, and thought i would watch TV but only a handful and the radio stations were not operational. Not even sure if that's that hotel's issue though!

Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Great location for shops and restaurants. very comfortable bed. Very clean Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Book the restaurant in advance for evening dining, as it gets very busy. Would highly recommend this Hotel to others. We stayed there for the second year running, as we were attending Silverstone for classic car weekend which is only ten miles away. Great choice.

Bar and restaurant gets very busy at the weekend and there was a lack of seating due to ten people in our party. Get to the restaurant and bar early to secure seats !!
