Fairmont Windsor Park

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at - the rooms are large and spacious, the spa, pool and facilities were very clean but the real highlight of our stay was the service - every single member of staff was very attentive, welcoming and friendly. We had a fantastic stay and will be sure to return!

The Breakfast was excellent a wide choice. The staff always smiling and very helpfull. The Menu for 1215 restaurant was delicious and the staff very helpfull could not fault either.

The staff did not understand that my husband likes to read a physical newspaper and not online. When he ordered The Telegraph newspaper it either did not appear, was lost in transit to the room or as happened was found by my husband abandoned in the breakfast restaurant. I understand this a new hotel with "all the bells and whistles" but, perhaps the staff should realize that not all guests wish to be "tec savvy" while on holiday.

The grounds and the hotel itself is stunning. The staff were all so kind and friendly. Going with two young kids you do wonder what the service would be like but it was exceptional. There was a lot of attention to detail and very kid friendly. We had a slight hiccup with our room but the manager (Ashley- Really nice gentleman- really set the tone for our stay) sorted it out immediately and really took care of us. They really tried to ensure the rest of our stay was catered for and the kids were so happy. The kids could not stop saying how everyone was so friendly and they didn’t want to leave. I didn’t want to leave. We only stayed one night, wished it was a couple more. The spa facilities were amazing, I didn’t get to utilise it fully with the kids (I will come back for me one day) but the kids had a blast in the pool- they woke up early morning to go again. To our surprise there were some kids Easter events - sheep herding and pony grooming and rides which was the icing on the cake. Huge shout out to Paul the amazing staff member at the door who was amazing with my kids. We had finished dinner and he offered the kids a buggy ride around the grounds with blankets- kids kept saying it was magical. He even said he would take them around the next morning and he kept his word as the kids were up early for that especially. He packed my car and got it ready to leave as well - great service! When the staff really do go out of their way and look like they really enjoy working there it really helps with the great memories we create. The staff made the trip for us. It was the great break we desperately needed. We want to come back again.

The hotel is luxurious from the moment you step inside. The staff are extremely attentive and we were upgraded without even having to ask and given a late checkout upon asking. The rooms were great! Modern, Comfortable and exceptionally clean. Only gripes would be that there wasn't a toilet brush in the toilet. A bag for wet costumes to put in would be nice too. The spa was exceptional. Clean and very modern. The hydrotherapy pool was lovely and not too warm. The jacuzzi (not shown in pics)was hot and other the facilities sauna and steam were amazing too. Tip - Go early in the morning when it's less busy! As there were quite a few families and children in the afternoon. Gym and sports equipment were exceptional. Location is good. Its isolated which is nice but 10 minutes from windsor high street so easy to get food or order from variety of restaurants. We didn't have dinner at the hotel the menus looked quite high end and we wanted something simpler. Breakfast was fantastic, for an additional £9 you can get it brought to your room. Very good selection of food and they cater for GF veggie and vegan too. Overall a great hotel and il definitely be back.

lovely comfortable room,very clean. lovely pool indoor and out and spa area. staff so friendly and cheerful throughout hotel and very helpful . fairly new hotel so nothing was worn ,all pristine

hotel was cold in public areas , made worse by marble floors.our room was cold but turned heating up and was ok then lots of fake flowers which make hotel areas look cheap our toilet didn’t flush properly and nowhere in room to sit by a mirror to do hair and make up 😟

We don't just like the FAIRMONT..WE LOVE IT!! Possibly the Best Hotel the UK has to offer Spotless, Luxurious, Perfect on every level the Food is Fantastic the best Breakfast . We would like to add on arrival it was a pleasure to see Tony once again and absolute Gentleman so friendly , accommodating and Proffessional (nickname Tweacle !! ) A big mention to Ben , an assett to the Fairmont team and Magda in the Restaurant such a lovely person and Simon on the door . Fantastic Satff thankyou all so so much for making our stay perfect once again See you Christmas 🎅 Santa🎄 😘

Location the size it was very clean it looked amazing the restaurants Service was a little slow but the layout of the restaurant looked amazing

there was no dressing table to get ready in the morning my kids were in the bathroom so I had to use a small mirror to get ready there was no liquid hand soap in the bathroom or toilet brush I forgot my toothpaste I was expecting the hotel to have a small supply but unfortunately there was nothing in the bathroom and I would like a better menu if you’ve had lunch the dinner menu as exactly the same but other than that it was all good

the property was stunning. Beautiful decor and a good range of restaurants. the room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Amazing grounds.

The restaurant menu didn’t have a good range and was not specific about allergens. The breakfast buffet was lacking gluten free and dairy free options. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive.

Booked this hotel last minute because our flight was canceled at the last moment. London was too far to go back to because we had an early flight in the morning again. Wanted to end the nice weekend with a nice hotel. And that it was indeed! Beautiful surroundings, beautiful hotel. Would never of thought of it - used to staying in London - but this is definitely something to keep in mind for the next visit. Beautiful rooms, good service.

Service in the evening in the 1215 bar and restaurant was pretty chaotic. Very slow service in the bar and little communication between the 2 when we moved over for dinner. Also, our meal was held up due to the team losing track of which course we were on. Nothing major but still seemed pretty amatuerish I am afraid to say.
